Four hours but beautiful - I was concerned at first because our shuttle was late. We lost 30 minutes of our day because of that and we were tagged onto the end of another tour group. When you only have 4 hours, 30 minutes is a big deal. Once we arrived, we were stunned. The private cabana was awesome!! Gorgeous views. Our butler was friendly and kind. The lunch was pretty good and the rum drinks were strong. The snorkeling is not great here. Helpful service tip: A water bucket at the bottom of the stairs would be great. There was no foot washing station and we had to take sandy, uncomfortable feet into our cabana. There is Astro turf but water would be nice as well.

Stressful but fun time - We loved actual pearl island… everyone there was great… snorkeling was fun- although our guide wasn’t overly friendly like the rest of the people there were….. BUT first off- getting to the “ferry” was a nightmare…. It’s confusing and everyone we tried to get directions from was clueless. They don’t call it a ferry there I guess bc the locals we asked for directions from said there is no ferry…. So make sure you go to Margaritasville BY Atlantas and you will find it. THEN we didn’t get to the island till after 11 bc the ferry was late… AND we almost missed our cruise boat bc they told us we could not go back until 3:00 and our ship was supposed to leave at 3:30… they said it’s plenty of time to make it…… it’s NOT… we didn’t even get back till 3:50!! Thank goodness they didn’t leave us but I was very upset about this! Otherwise- my husband loved the food… our butler Walter was amazing, so very nice and he kept the drinks flowing… (there are not a whole lot of alcohol options fyi- but the free ones were pretty good…) the beach is beautiful and the staff was so nice. They DO give you a towel to use… I didn’t know for sure so just letting anyone know who needs that info.

Not bad - It’s not that, a lot of things were not mentioned, it was a little boring, the food was not too good, Service and the Butler were good! I would say they have to add transportation from the hotel for that amount of money

Description misleading - Eventhough the water toys and stuff say they are included, doesn't mean you get to use them. They are on a first come first serve basis with all the other tourists on the island. They should not indicate they are included if it's not guaranteed for use

Disappointed - Boat ride was quick with a nice view of celebrity houses if you’re into that. The disappointment comes from false advertising in my opinion. The pictures and description of private cabanas didn’t live up to the hype. The service was slow at best and took an hour just to get lunch. Also drinks were slow to get. And they ran out of bottled water very early on. Don’t understand how that happens. I will say that I don’t blame the server I had. I think they need a better system of the private cabana servers only serving those guest instead of doing multiple things. For what I paid the value and service was lacking dramatically. I would cone to the island again but don’t know about doing the private cabanas. The light house was nice to see since I’ve never been inside of one.

Non Existent Service at Cabanas - The individual assigned to our group cabana of 6 people was very clearly high the entire time. We arrived at around 11 AM, and immediately asked for food. When we finished snorkeling at around 1230, food still wasn’t brought over. Every other cabana had food brought over by then. Our “attendant” came back twice and asked if we were “good.” We just looked at him and asked for the third or so time where our food was. His excuse was that the rife wasn’t ready. But looking at other cabanas, they didn’t seem to have the same issues. Outrageous. One of the party walked halfway across the key and demanded food. They were shocked we hadn’t received anything. By the time the food finally came, all the other cabanas had already had seconds of not more. And by this time, we had to leave to get back on the ship. Cannot believe that the six of us paid over $1k for such shoddy service. I will be reaching back for a partial refund.

Get a Watch! - While the trip boasts a private cabana, it is not exactly private. The service was good and the people were nice, but be aware that they are on island time. If you need to be back in time to catch a cruise ship you might want to rethink this tour. We were to leave the island at 2:50 to return so that some of the people on our boat could return to their cruise ship by 3:30, however, we did not leave the island until 3:30. This made for a very stressful return trip. Not exactly relaxing and the explicit rap music permeating the island was not appropriate. While the beach and the snorkeling were beautiful, the tour operators could do better.

Cancelled Tour from May 26th 2024 /Still haven’t received refund - I never got to the attend the event because it was canceled on may 26th due to bad weather. That’s not the part that’s upsetting. I’ve been trying to get my refund which they said takes 3-5 business days. From then to now, that’s considered 12 business days (excluding the weekends). None of the phone numbers work when I try to call. I’ve been emailing the company and although they responded, I still have yet to receive my refund. This is unprofessional and I’m highly upset. I considered rebooking but I honestly won’t because of the level of unprofessionalism in the refund process and communication.

Bad information - While I’m sure we would have liked it we didn’t get to experience it. There needs to be more clarity of how to get to your location from the port and the people working there should know. If I had booked through Carnival I know we would have enjoyed it. But Carnival was sold out. Once we got to the port we asked several people working there how so we go about getting to our destination. Needless to say we were directed the wrong way. We had to pay an extra $28 for the ferry that didn’t take us to our destination. The workers there at the port told us we had to take the ferry. We finally get to a destination and was told we were in the wrong area. We ended up at Paradise and cabbage beaches. We flagged a taxi driver down and he took us to the ferry we were supposed to get on but the employee there said it already left and there were no more going out. We just asked the taxi driver to take us back to the port. Another $15 plus we lost the $360 for the excursion. Total lost $403 for something we didn’t get to experience. So that really stinks for us. I have used this company before with no issues but I may continue to just use carnival from here on out. Bottom line: get clearer information of how you get to your destination!
