• Blue Nile Falls - After a relaxed lunch break, drive to the Blue Nile Falls, located about 30 km from Bahir Dar. The falls are the most iconic waterfalls in Ethiopia. After visiting the falls, transfer back to Bahir Dar, stopping off for coffee on route.

The Blue Nile Falls, a majestic waterfall on the Blue Nile River in Ethiopia, are locally known as Tis Issat, which translates to ‘smoking water’ in Amharic. Positioned downstream approximately 30 kilometers from the city of Bahir Dar and the expansive Lake Tana, they lie in the river’s upper stretches.
