- Valle Ojos Negros - The tour kicks off at 11:00 a.m. with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Ensenada or Valle de Guadalupe. Located near Ensenada, Ojos Negros is a valley brimming with vineyards, cheeses, and entertainment, situated in Baja California. Just 40 kilometers east of Ensenada lies the stunning and historic Valle de Ojos Negros. This area is characterized by its beautiful white rock mountains and lush, fertile land where top-quality vegetables and fruits are cultivated. Legend has it that in 1870, a prospector named Ambrosio Castillo discovered a gold nugget here, leading to the discovery of an entire vein. This attracted thousands of adventurers, resulting in the establishment of Real del Castillo, which, during the gold rush, became the capital of the then-territory of Baja California.
- Nativo Vinicola - Visitors can explore the vineyard and engage in conversation with the winemaker and owner, Pepe Pedrosa. There is a special opportunity for a personalized and private wine tasting experience.
- La Cava de Marcelo - The tour proceeds to La Cava de Marcelo, the leading producer of artisan cheeses in Baja California. Renowned internationally for its exceptional quality, this establishment has been operational since 1911. Guests will enjoy a guided tour to learn about crop production, livestock care, cheese preparation, family history, and partake in cheese and wine tasting in the cellar. The brand, Quesos Ramonetti, offers a variety of natural cheeses: Fresh, with Basil, with Rosemary, with Pepper, and aged cheeses of 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years, along with Ricotta and premium butter. Some of these will be included in the tasting, allowing guests to sample the finest selections. The tour continues with lunch at Restaurant La Casa Marcelo (at your own expense), which features a modern twist on traditional Mexican flavors using the best local ingredients from Ojos Negros and Valle de Guadalupe.
- Aleyha Granja De Lavanda - Aleyha is a charming lavender farm where the gentle aroma provides relaxation, and the scenery is unparalleled in the Ojos Negros Valley. It also features a gourmet restaurant for culinary enjoyment and a boutique offering natural cosmetics.
