Needs Improvement - This was probably the most disorganized tour I’ve ever been on. From the time they picked us up at our hotel and used a different tour name than was stated on the site, to the very end when we had to pay a taxi to bring us back since they wanted us to mosey around the docks for a couple of hours before taking us back. I’m sure they do that so you’ll have to shop or eat. The whole day we felt like we had no idea where we were supposed to be, there was zero direction. They also don’t tell you they will not allow you to takes photos of the camels. They want to charge $20 per photo. In this day and time with the technology we all have in our pockets that is absolutely ridiculous. You pay for the time to spend with the camels and that should include being able to take your own photos of your experience. The lunch provided was mediocre at best. The ribs were all bone and the tiny piece of meat I was able to pull off was dry and flavorless. There was juice provided but we had to buy bottles of water. The glass bottom boat is fine but be prepared to take off your shoes so you don’t scratch the boats. Also be prepared that there will be about 100 other boats fighting for the same space. That makes for so,e tense moments with larger boats. We”ve done A LOT of tours and I’d rank this as one of the worst we’ve ever done. They really need to focus more on the experience for their guests and less about how many people they can pack into one excursion. Awful! Skip it!
