Awesome La Paz experience - We had a great experience with a beautiful landscape, turquoise color beaches, a light breakfast, a satisfying lunch, and plenty of alcoholic beverages. Fernando, Paco, Ari, Jorge, Ed, and the driver Raul were all very professional and friendly.

A fun trip. - A really fun trip. I went with my family (Wife, boy 8 and girl 6) in August. I do not recommend it for young children. Something long for the transfers. It was our turn in jellyfish time. Excellent for intimate contact with nature. XD Take your towel, cap and blocker. You're not busy carrying drinks or food. The food is not bad, it is average (Botana). The attention of the guides Fernando, Ed, Jesus, Arantza very good and friendly. Generally fine.

Hidden Beaches & Information - Our experience was a mix of incredible service from the team and some challenges with the overall excursion details. First, the staff: • Fernando was the star of the trip. He coordinated everything and made the experience smooth, friendly, and enjoyable. He quickly became our favorite. • Paco, on the boat, gave clear instructions and made sure everyone felt safe. We appreciated how attentive he was. • Eddie, with the curly mustache, stood out as both chef and bartender. Not only was he funny and full of personality, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. • Jorge was great to have around, and Raul, our driver, ensured our safety and was both polite and helpful. • Ari, the photographer, we had little interaction with since we declined photos. She was professional, just not very engaged otherwise. Now for the drawbacks: • We traveled a long distance—close to 3 hours when told it would be 2—to reach a beautiful but very far location. This meant our “4-hour boat trip” was cut much shorter than expected. • When we arrived, we learned there were thousands of jellyfish in the water. While that’s out of anyone’s control, it was frustrating to only be told upon arrival that we should have brought long sleeves. Paco seemed aware it was an ongoing issue, so it would have been extremely helpful to know that in advance so we could prepare. • Considering the cost for two people, the shortened time and limited ability to fully enjoy the destination made the excursion feel a bit overpriced compared to the value. All that said, Fernando and Eddie in particular made us and my wife feel very welcomed, and the entire staff truly worked hard to give us a memorable day. The customer service was excellent, but the logistics and communication could be improved. With limited vacation time, I’d encourage future guests to weigh the travel and prep details carefully before booking.

You don’t actually go into the famous bay or land at La Balandra beach sadly - The crew were friendly and professional and the view is pretty from the boat. But the description and photos are misleading. You don’t actually enter the most famous shallow bay or even land at the famous La Balandra beach at all. You don’t land or even get close to the famous “mushroom rock” just take a distant photo of it from the boat. Wr could see lots of other tour groups that took smaller boats to the mushroom and further in the bay, and while we did take a smaller boat to land at a different smaller beach they did not do that for the most famous locations There were a lot of tiny invisible jellyfish at both the locations they stopped for half an hour to snorkel and 45 min stop at a much smaller beach, and having been stung several times it was hard to relax in the water. Thankfully I brought medication for me and another woman who was also stung When I had originally asked about jellyfish on the bus, the tour guide brushed it off and didn’t give any advice or further information to the group about them. The bus ride is very long, about 3+ hours each way because they first pick you up from your hotel along with several other hotel stops then shuttle you to their main office in downtown Cabo where you have to check in, pay an extra $20, then wait around until they put you all on a different bus Honestly not really worth the money, and if I had to do over again I would do a different tour company that gets you further into the actual famous La Balandra bay
