First, arrive by open-air truck to your staging location where you’ll pick up your own easy-to-handle ATV. After a “Thumbs up!” you’re off exploring the little-known trails and seeing the gorgeous Puerto Plata views. Ride along rugged paths that take you past charming villages, and get a snapshot feel of what their day is like. Then stop to say “Olá!” at a typical country home. Experience the warmth of the friendly Dominican people and learn a bit about their rural lifestyle. Discovering can be dirty work! At the end of your ATV adventure, head to a secluded cove for a refreshing swim or soak in the invigorating waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
- All participants should be at least 18 years old and carry proof of a valid driver’s license
- All participants should weigh no more than 250lbs
- The ride to the location is bumpy and as such this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or persons with back and/or neck injuries
