- All participants should be at least 18 years old and carry proof of a valid driver’s license
- All participants should weigh no more than 250lbs or 114kg
- Non-swimmers are not allowed to enter the water
- The ride to the location is bumpy and as such this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or persons with back and/or neck injuries
- The sequence of the activities is determined by the flow of daily operations, and as such is not based on the guests’ preference
- Helmets are mandatory for all tours and as such hairstyles should be worn to accommodate the use of this safety equipment.

Yeifri was the best ! - make sure you get yeifri as your guide on the bus ride! He was so much fun to hang out with throughout the day! We had so much fun on the zip lines and atvs! Everyone there was so helpful and kind!

Family zip/ATV - Amazing time! Our tour guide Anthony was amazing and made us feel relaxed the whole trip! You guys need to visit, ASAP! I loved zip lining over the ocean!

Good experience - The staff is very friendly, attentive and organized. Food meets expectations and attractions, without being anything otherworldly are entertaining.
The road that takes you to the park is something that I didn’t like, the team has their own trucks that they take you in and have entertainment so that the trip does not get so heavy. However, on the way back, already tired the road became eternal.
Overall, I find the park meets expectations and has a trained staff and commitment to serving you. I wouldn't come back, but I would recommend anyone to go.

Sad to give this a poor review - theft! - I am sad to say I must give this experience a 1 star review. It is unfortunate because the Zip & Zoom Package was very fun and lived up to the advertised experience. The staff that assisted with the zip lining & ATVs were friendly, professional and cared very much about our safety.
When you arrive to the property they encourage you to rent a locker, especially if you are doing the zip lines. We of course went ahead and rented a locker for the day. You are given a key on a bracelet to wear. At the end of the day, I pulled my wallet to provide a tip to the Zip Line & ATV crews, which I happily provided.
Our group decided to head back early so we were rushed onto our bus for the 1.5 hour drive back to the cruise port. On that drive I noticed that all my large bills were no longer in my wallet. Everyone in my party knew/saw the amount I had prior and after. I ran though all the scenarios, but the only conclusion was that the money was taken out of my locker by someone other than myself.
I made a report of this through my cruise ship and Chukka management (at the DR location). Chukka responded that there is only one master key and that nobody accessed my locker. This review is simply a PSA for anyone going to be careful with your possessions in the lockers. Sad how something like this could ruin a otherwise great experience.
Additionally, I gave Chukka a second opportunity to respond in a different manner which may have prevented this review. A simply I am sorry does still go a long way.
