Really the best walking tour - Abdullah has got to be the most knowledgeable tour guide EVER!!!! He weaved telling the story of Baku’s history so naturally into our conversation and it felt like being shown around town by an old friend rather than a guide. I felt lucky that I was alone on this particular tour, but I imagine that it would have been just as amazing if it were a big group. I enjoyed every aspect and came out with an understanding and respect of the rich culture of the people of Azerbaijan. Best walking tour I’ve EVER done, and I would 100% recommend him. My favorite part???? He takes excellent pictures!

Amazing walking tour in Old City with fantastic guide - Wow. I’ve done a lot of walking tours in cities and this one was terrific! Abdullah is incredibly knowledgeable - he has an encyclopedic memory - and personable. I learned so much about Baku and it’s rich history. I really appreciated his ability to share insights about the larger historical context. A great experience I would highly recommend!

A wonderful memory to take back home! - Abdulla gave us an amazing tour! With tons of history, this place is best seen with someone loves, lives and breathes the city. He took us to nooks and corners of Baku, its sizzling market, charming old city and many other places. Loved hearing his views, comparing and even challenging sometimes.

Great walking tour with Abdullah in Baku. - Had two walks with Abdullah and he was just outstanding. One was a day walk and the second a Night walk. A thorough professional and gentleman, he was dot on time and took all efforts to show us the places in Baku. A very well informed guide, he took us through the history of Azerbaijan, Baku, the culture, art and literature. His story telling technique is fabulous and what he tells us through it will last a life time. Being a walking tour guide myself in India, I was impressed and also learnt from him. Would strongly strongly recommend the " Coolest Free Walking Tour".

Walking tour of Baku with Abdullah - We recently took a private tour with Abdullah, a medical student in his final year, who speaks excellent English. His knowledge, combined with outstanding presentation skills, made the tour both insightful and engaging. Abdullah has a deep understanding of history, offering unique perspectives that truly bring the experience to life. Having traveled to over 80 countries and taken numerous city tours, we can confidently say that Abdullah is by far the best guide we have ever encountered. If you’re fortunate enough to join one of his tours, consider yourself very lucky
