A must visit place - We visited the mud volcano and the gobustan park. We thoroughly enjoyed. I would say it is a must visit place in Baku. Thanks to Arif and Faris from Baku city tours in making seamless arrangements. We were short of time, but still they arranged our tour so well that we reached airport on time. Faris who accompanied us as guide was very patient and polite in explaining the history around gobustan. Special mention about the driver arranged by Baki city tour. He was very polite. He dropped us at the airport and was willing to walk with us till the terminal so that he can be sure that we enter without any trouble. Thanks Arif, Faris and the diver for making the tour so pleasant and comfortable. 10/10... keep up the good work

Adventure outside of Baku - We booked this tour to see some of the area outside of Baku. Our tour guide, Tourgay (we had a fun time with this play on words), arrived on time to pick us up at our hotel. We drove about 1 1/2 hours to see the mud volcanoes. We transferred to a private car, given the bad condition of the road out there. Our driver was a bit of a mad man, and we eventually asked him to slow down. The volcanoes were interesting, given that they were cold and not hot as the geysers we are used to in the U.S. Not a heck of a lot to see once you've seen one, so we only stayed there about 10 minutes. We then went to see the petroglyphs. First visited the museum, where I felt a bit rushed by our guide. Then walked around to see the various rock art. We received some narrative, but at times it was not totally clear what we were seeing. Then drove the hour back to Baku, arriving a bit before the anticipated end of the 4 hour tour. Saw some different things than we would have if we had stayed in the city, but given that we have similar sights in the part of the U.S. where we live it might not have been as interesting to us as if we had never seen such sights.
