Great walking tour - Very informative and fun walking tour with our guide Alex. We enjoyed listening to Old Baku's interesting history & we went top of the Maiden tower to see the beautiful panoramic view of Baku & Caspian sea. We had pomegranate wine tasting and he gave us enough time souvenir shopping. Thank you!

Baku old city tour - We did not have the best conditions as there was pouring rain and strong winds, but I don’t think we got a lot out of the tour. Too much information on dates and unfamiliar names we simply could not take in. One piece of useful advice was not to climb the Maiden Tower, but go to Hillhead and take the funicular, which only costs 1manat each way. I short walk along the martyrs lane commemorates the massacre of Armenians by the Russians in 1990. There is an everlasting flame at the end and a great view across the city and the bay. It’s stunning at night when the flame towers are also lit with waves of changing colours.
