  • Qoşa Qala Qapısı - You’ll get picked up from your accommodation in Baku. The tour starts at around 9 a.m. in front of the Double Gates of Old City Baku (Gosha Gala Gapisi).
  • Mud Volcanoes - Discover why the landscape around Baku is fulfilled by mud volcanoes, how are they formed and the meaning of its eternal flames.
  • Gobustan Rock Art - From prehistoric rock art to musical stones, the Azerbaijani people’s prehistoric past comes dramatically to life in the Gobustan State Reserve, home to an astonishing collection of over 6,000 ancient petroglyphs. Depicting scenes of people, warriors, animals, boats, dances, hunting, camel caravans and more, they chart ways of life dating back between 5,000 and 20,000 years.
  • Gobustan Rock Art - After Gobustan State Historical-Artistic Reserve, our guests will visit a modern interactive museum complex, in which more than 100 thousand archaeological materials are collected. Petroglyphs resembling the Azerbaijani Yalli round dance meet visitors at the entrance. In the information center of the museum, visitors can use the touchscreen display to get detailed information in various languages about the reserve and the museum structure, which is divided into thematic sections. Many unique artifacts, tools relating to the Paleolithic, Mesolithic and Neolithic, animated presentations, video materials allow tourists to see the extent of the natural changes that took place in Gobustan, the geography of human settlements, to get acquainted with the culture and views of ancient people.
  • Absheron Region - You will have lunch at the traditional restaurant.The lunch will include the set of national dishes of Azerbaijani cuisine. (If you are a vegetarian, we can offer you a vegetarian menu.
  • Bibi-Heybat Mosque - Travel to Bibi-Heybat Mosque, along the Caspian Sea shoreline in Baku. Bibi-Heybat Mosque is a beautiful and historically significant religious site. The mosque, originally built in the 13th century and rebuilt in the 1990s, houses the tomb of Ukeyma Khanum, a descendant of the Prophet Muhammad. As a sacred place of worship and an architectural gem, Bibi-Heybat Mosque is a must-visit attraction for travelers to Baku.
  • Ateshgah - Fire Temple - There is a fire temple 21 km east of Baku, with permanent natural gas flowing from under the ground. The temple was built by Indian merchants in the 18th century. After Discovering the source of gas, the Hindus from the Ganges started visiting the site to pray. As the merchants praised the place, the number of visitors increased. According to historian Sara Ashurbayli, the Ateshgah fire temple was built on an ancient fire worshipping site. Ateshgah resembles like a small fortress. There are cells inside the stoned – fenced courtyard, while the shine is in the centre. Fire Worshippers led an ascetic lifestyle here.
  • Yanardag State Historical, Cultural and Natural Reserve - Yanar Dag (burning mountain) is located in the western part of Mahammadi village. The fires in the area are the result of blazing up of natural gas flows seeping from the fissures created as a result of rock erosions in layer of oil and gas in depths of the earth, tectonic activities, as well as eruption of mud volcanos – in short, volcanic-tectonic processes.
  • Absheron Region - We will start 9 Am in the morning.The way to Gobustan and Back to Baku+Absheron peninsula total duration which we spent in the car will be approximtely 3 hours and 40 minutes.

Must book if going to see Gobustan - Amazing and informative guide Amazing the best tour ever. So much of history and amazing experience. We also change the car while going to see the mud volcano. Lunch was also amazing. Totally worth the time to do full day trip

amazing!! Book this. - Me and my friend had an Apsoutely amazing time with our tour guide Toghrul. He showed us everything and was the best tour guide. çox sağol to him and the driver!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best tour for the money and the food was amazing and authentic too. I would recccomend 10/10 and if i return i am definitely choosing this again for different location Hvala puno

Historical trip - My excursion to Gobustan and Absheron was a delightful blend of history and natural wonders. Top notch and smooth - Had a perfect time , friendly guide with good English level if you are looking for a historical trip then Gobustan tour is the one . Another thing to mention good thing the mini van had air conditioner since it was fairly hot outside during our trip

Tour - The Gobustan and Absheron tour exceeded all my expectations! The ancient petroglyphs in Gobustan were fascinating, and the geological wonders in Absheron were mesmerizing. The tour was well-organized, and the local cuisine we tried was delicious. I loved every moment of it and would gladly do it again. A fantastic way to explore Azerbaijan's history and natural beauty!
