Stunning and building memories.... never slip these opportunities!! - Our tour guide (Agil) was very knowledgeable regarding Azerbaijan and answered all our questions. We cruised with a small bus but comfortable with our driver (Vugar) all over the country safely, he is the best driver and know these roads. My highlight was most definitely being on top of the mountains at Tufan Dag resort. Highly recommend this tour

Great tour with an amazing tour guide (Brother Samir)! - We were fortunate to have been assigned with our brother Samir, who made this tour very special. Samir picked us from the hotel and we went straight to Shamakhi and Gabala for a day trip. We enjoyed the road, from scenery to food, we stoped first at Alcuma mosque, then a local honey shop, then by the lake and after that we had a great lunch in nature. After that we went to Gabala to see the seven waterfalls and cable cars to mountain top. On the way back, we asked to use a different route to see different side of the country and brother Samir was kind enough to take the detour and even stopped for a local tea shop, where we enjoyed the view from the top of the mountain road and shared a few laughs. We learned about local culture and country from Samir. The scenery was nice but Samir made this trip memorable and special, and we will always remember him for it.

"Azerbaijan Escapade: Unveiling the Charms of Gabala, Lahij, and Shamaki” - I had an exceptional experience with the tour operator during my trip to Gabala, Lahij, and Shemaki. The arrangements were impeccable, and Tour Guide Aqil's friendly and helpful demeanor added a personal touch to the journey. Exploring historical and natural sites was truly mesmerizing, and the unexpected treat of traditional fresh bread from a villager stall was a delightful surprise. The Gabala cable car experience, accompanied by breathtaking scenery, was undoubtedly the highlight of the day. Kudos to the skilled driver, Vugar, who mastered the roads seamlessly. Despite the trip being long, the overall experience was undeniably worth it.

Very scenic places - It was the second tour we did with Tes Tours - this time Im giving only very good, because we didnt manage to see all the places included in the plan as the guide didnt appoint a precise time everyone should be back from Gabala cable car and once all the participants were back it was completely dark and it was no point to go the lake. Apart from that - everything ok, the guide communicated well in English, he tried to accommodate all requests of visitors and the selection of places to visit is really nice and varied. A nice one day tour with some great views.

Absolute shambles - waste of time and money - This was the worst trip I have ever been on. The guide did not speak to the group and provided absolutely no information. He spent the whole time on his phone - exvept when he was smoking and drinking coffee. We stopped at places and there was no information - no history, no culture no anything. Lunch was a joke - we didnt get thete until after 4.30. The restaurant was not expecting us and the set lunch we had paid for did not arrive. We were handed 18 manat each abd told to order but to eat quickly. Whilst we were eating the guide said we were too late for the cablecar and we could go to a waterfall instead. The group were not happy and the driver took us to the cable car . After a Russian speaking passenger pleaded with the operator we were allowed on the one short line. We had 20 mins only on the mountain. He then took us to a shop which clearly the driver was unaware of as he had to use google maps. It was another opportunity for our guide to smoke and drink coffee whilst the group just hung around. The trip started at 8.35am and we were dropped off at 11.20pm - exhausted, angry and regretful that we had wasted a day of our holiday on this shambolic trip. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Mismanaged, unplanned and exhausting - the trip was highly unplanned and mismanaged. the guide did not communicate the plan for the day either at the start of through the day. due to faulty execution, lunch was delayed and we were forced to skip dinner (as there was no provision or communication about it). A trip that was supposed to last for 11-12 hours (9 am pick up), lasted for almost 16 hours (post midnight drop)!. Too many things that are far away from Baku are packed in one day, which is a tall ask. Please avoid this trip.

Gabala tour - We bought the tour from Said. We didn't like the tour. The reason is that the road is too long. There is also a repair on the road. He did not inform us about this. I do not recommend it to anyone.
