WONDERFUL tour with an excellent tour guide. - We absolutely recommend this tour to everyone. Totally enjoyed the beautiful south Caucasian mountains. The tour was led by an intelligent, cheerful and young man, Riyadh. He organized the excursion very competently. He cited a lot of historical facts and we weren’t bored with him at all. We all listened to him with passion. Many thanks to everyone and especially Riyadh.

Awesome. Minister. - I was with Mark Guide. Even as a long tour, we actively led everyone on the tour, making it a fun tour. A tour to see mainly nature. Moving by car was rather relaxed for long distances. If you want to see the great views of Azerbaijan, we recommend this tour

Lovely tour with awesome views - It was awesome trip. The views were amazing and our guide Abdullah was superb. Never seen any place like this before. Mountains and forest. He showed all the places with so much interest and guided us very well. It was fun to have him with us on our trip. Trip became interested because of him mainly. Not informed that the trip was cancelled until I made contact - They only informed me that the tour was cancelled when I asked a question 2 days prior. It's incredibly frustrating that I wasn't informed sooner as I'd turned down other offers. Communication is clearly not their strong point.

Unsatisfactory for good reviews - I was booked three full days tours in Azerbaijan when I was there two weeks ago. Our tour guides were really great, first day was Seyfeddin on Gobustan tour and the next day was Riad on Sheki tour. My fault was that I paid the sales manager Ramin in advance. Don’t do that Ever, because if anything happens to you they will not be supportive or helpful and take that in consideration. I paid them in advance 190$. The second day tour was very long, we came back to Baku about 00.30am, I came to my hotel at 1.00am, I immediately texted to Orkhan who was the guide on the third day tour to Khinalug and Candy Mountains. I was extremely tired because of the previous two days beautiful but very exhausted full days tours, and I texted Orkhan that because of my tiredness I will not be able to attend 3rd day tour. That morning, immediately when I got up I went to agency and spoke to sales manager Ramin, I explained him everything and asked him for understanding my circumstances why I didn’t attend this last tour. He asked his main manager, she is female, unfortunately I don’t know her name, but both of them didn’t agree to offer me anything in exchange, at least they could provide me 2 hours old city tour as some kind of compensation, to make me happy and satisfied. He said that I had to cancel the tour at least 12 hours before, even he personally did not say anything like that to me, he didn’t tell me when I booked and brought the tours directly from him, and it is not written as a rule anywhere in vouchers they gave me. So, their policy is - just pay and for the rest we don’t care and if anything happens to you as our guest we don’t mind! It is bad, and it put a big shadow on my trip to Azerbaijan. “My tour Baku” - if you want tourists you have to be more flexible and supportive, and your priority shouldn’t be only take the money, and that’s it!
