Great day trip with a fantastic company - Great trip! Fun boat ride viewing the beautiful Majorcan coastline and then an hour stop for watersports and drinks (cocktail boat comes to meet you) in a picturesque setting. Staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Received excellent help on board and during the stop to swim and use equipment. - Did this trip today, 29th August 2024. There were 6 of us as a family. I was very nervous about doing this and getting on and off the boat due to having issues with my knees and being a lot older than the others. I didn't need to worry the staff were amazing. Great customer service from the lady who booked our tickets, the owner who came to see each trip come go. The team on the boat, Alex and Nicky were kind, thoughtful and considerate, they helped everyone, what amazing staff. I can't recommend highly enough, fantastic. Thank you so much Griffiths family😀😀😀

Adventure - What an Adventure! We enjoyed it from start to finish and laughed the whole time! The company and staff were fantastic, very family friendly and very professional. The jet boat ride was an awesome experience, the sea scooters was an experience we had never done before and we got so close to some awesome marine life! We would defiantly do this again and I throughly recommend it!

A perfect day in Mallorca - Lots of fun. We got to try out all the toys. Nice people, awesome boat and the equipment was excellent. So glad that this brought us to Bondi beach too. We had the best day of our trip

Amazing activity with some really handsome men on the boat ;) - Was hands down the best activity we did!! When we booked we got told about the numerous things there was and thought this was easily gonna cost in excess of €200. But as soon as we got told the price we booked there and then!! When it came to the the experience we thoroughly enjoyed it!! The sea scooters were amazing along with the paddle boards and being able to get up close to the caves!! The lads on the boat are not just there for you too look at ;) they will pour you drinks and give you tips where too look and they’re more than happy to jump in water with you Would highly recommend doing this if anyone is looking to stay in the area!!

Unique experience - Had a great time- and the views were stunning. The animal scooters were a highlight of the tour as they felt very safe and allowed us to see fish up close in their natural environment. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone looking to try something new.

We Were Expecting a Few Doughnuts for a Bit of Speedboat Excitement but All We Got Was a Nothing Burger. - We recently booked the Bladerunner trip in Majorca for our family of four directly through their website. The trip promised paddleboards, full-face snorkels, and sea scooters—perfect for our two excited boys. However, the reality was far from what was advertised. Upon arrival, we were informed that the sea was choppy, so we’d be heading to a different location. Fair enough, it wasn’t bad weather at all, but they are the professionals, so if that's what they say for the sake of safety, I'll go with it. However, what followed was a complete waste of time. We boarded the boat only to be taken to a harbour to view some expensive yachts. Why? This unnecessary detour took a good half hour out of our trip and was utterly boring. We signed up for an adrenaline-fueled excursion on a jet boat, not a yacht-spotting tour of boats we’ll never afford. Everyone on the boat was unimpressed and looking at each other, thinking, "What have we signed up for here?" When we finally arrived at a bay just 5 minutes away from the harbour, which was indeed calm but overcrowded with other parked boats, the experience continued to disappoint. There were 12 people on board in 4 separate groups. I requested sea scooters for my boys, but to our dismay, there were only two available, despite their website showing eight onboard in their promo video. This meant 12 people had to share 2 scooters, and we were confined to using the sea scooters in close proximity to the boat only, which became monotonous after two laps. The area had virtually nothing to explore—it was barren, with barely any fish. Additionally, there were only two paddleboards to be shared among four groups, including three families and a couple. I was handed a broken snorkel mask with a warning that if it was lost, it would cost 40 EUR. The mask leaked immediately upon entering the water, making it unusable. There were also not enough full-face snorkel masks for even half the group, so I didn’t bother with one as all the kids onboard should've had priority. The trip was far from the adrenaline-fueled adventure we were promised. We hit a mere two waves during the entire journey, which made the kids go "whoa" on what was supposedly a choppy day. This was the highlight of the entire experience; the rest of the time, the boat just pottered around to its destination. We were expecting a few doughnuts for a bit of speedboat excitement, but all we got was a nothing burger. While I understand that the weather and fish in the ocean are beyond their control, as a company that prides itself on its TripAdvisor success, I expected a much better contingency plan for less-than-ideal conditions. Sadly, this trip was a major letdown.
