Wonderful sailing tour - I can absolutely recommend this sailing tour, it was a beautiful experience. The coves we drove to were fantastically beautiful, you had enough time to snorkel and swim in the crystal clear turquoise sea. The skipper Jaime would get 10 stars from me if they existed. Jaime drove the yacht with a perfect safety, answered very sympathetically all our questions about land, yacht and people. Jaime provided us with wine, sparkling wine, beer, water and also conjured up a huge tapas menu.
Anytime we would repeat this tour with Jaime and can only recommend it to anyone.

Sea, sun, snorkelling, sailing and fun adventures - Brilliant sailing trip across the bay in Pollença. Our captain was really nice and an experienced sailor. The boat was lovely and all our party loved the bay he chose for snorkelling. Couldn’t recommend this trip enough.

Awesome! - When I realized I had mistakenly booked this and our cruise port was on the other side of the island, the owner was most helpful. He did everything he could to accommodate us. Once on the boat our experience with Jaime as skipper was awesome! Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Nice Trip, Grumpy Captain - The trip started on an unusual note when the captain greeted us with remarks about Europe being dead, the island being full, and how parking was impossible, suggesting we go elsewhere. I found this introduction both odd and off-putting, so I kept my interactions with him to a minimum. Despite this initial awkwardness, I still enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing day on the yacht.

Beautiful location and boat - Boat was breathtaking really nice ! And sailing was really enjoyable,
Found a really nice cove and went for a swim and paddle board !
Only issue was the captain he was in a very bad mood on this day not sure if it was because people canceled and there was only 5 on board out off 10.
First time she shouted at a child as they forgot to flush the toilet.
Asked for cutlery and he got annoyed said finger food finally gave me the cutlery after crashing and banging in the kitchen to recieve the most dirties knife and fork I have ever seen (see picture)
When starting to sail no safety brief shouted at me as he pulled a rope and I was standing on it and said this is my work space move (I was unaware sails were coming in)
On a whole I would recommend this trip and would go again ! As the sail location and journey and the food was amazing and I'm hoping the captain was having a bad day ! Customer service needs to be sorted.

The bust of the holiday - Yeah, it started fine. On time at the meeting point, no one there. After a delay of about 20 minutes, a brown-burned, somewhat crummy-looking person came up to us and asked us to follow him. That was Jörn. Then it went to his ship. Pretty tight that thing. We land rats then of course stepped everywhere you are not allowed to step. There was the first Anranzer of Jörn. But what a guy, my damn. Then it started, but Jörn said: "There's no wind today, we're driving the engine." Strangely enough, the boats flew past us on the right and left with sails set. I didn't hear engines there. Well, maybe electric motors. "I have Coke, beer, water, sparkling wine and wine on board," Jörn announced. As a beer request I had indicated Estrella in advance, but gave San Miguel. All right. Coke was out. Then Jörn announced: "It goes to a bay, they know very few. And me, of course!". Aha, an unknown bay in Mallorca, so there should be something like that, I thought. "There are fish, you have never seen them before! Of course I do." Once there were 4 or 6 other boats in the absolutely unknown bay, which was a little bigger than a football field. "You can swim and snorkel now" Jörn instructed us. Of the 8 goggles on board, 6 were unfortunately broken. Of course, it was our fault, "how stupid can you touch diving goggles" Jörn rumbled. Okay, I didn't know you couldn't touch a diving goggle with your hands. Some of us wanted to swim to the end of the bay, but then quickly turned around if the attacks of the millions of fire jellyfish that basked on the way there. The few who got an intact pair of diving goggles were happy about the 2 cm long silverfish fighting over the food scraps Jörn had thrown overboard. Then there were taps. "I only buy the best tapas, you'll never get one of those," said Jörn. Then there was baguette with mozzarella and tomatoes, canned albondigas and half-baked shrimp. "Don't touch the table when eating!" yelled Jörn, as one of us tried to put his beer on the adventurously cobbled together soapbox, which was supposed to act as a dining table, and then it went back again. Again, only with engine. "No wind, don't you notice that, you idiots?" Jörn puffed at us. San Miguel was out, but there was something from Switzerland or something, that was really bad. "I'm going to catch some tunas now," Jörn said. "I always catch the best fish, they are only available here and only I can do that!". And already he threw out the hinge, which was then attached to the back of the ship and wiggled back and forth funny. And already there was the next suit: " You're not going to the fridge, idiot, you don't know how the door opens, only I can do that!" my buddy was blow-dried away as he tried to get a beer. In fact, you had to touch and open the door by the fridge. Only Jörn can do that. Halfway through the trip (after about 10 boats with sails set had passed us), Jörn was softened, but still rolled out a bed sheet. So we sailed nicely at about 2.5 km/h (oh no, it's called knots), cupped beer and without cola back to the port. Just before we came in, my buddy said, "Don't you want to catch up?" Hui, the Jörn was suddenly very small in a hat and tried honestly to get it done. Would have been great fun. After docking in the harbour there were a few nice parting words from Jörn, mutatis mutandis: "You were on the best boat today with the best skipper and the best food, but you can't judge that because you are stupid and will definitely come back".
Conclusion: Dismantled boat facilities, bad tapas, charmless excursion destination, bad beer and an unearthly arrogant skipper. Once and never again.

The worst excursion in Spain - I first want to start out by saying I never write reviews, but I feel as a paying customer, you should know exactly what you're getting yourself into before you book the worst excursion in all of Spain.
If could give this excursion 0 stars, i would. Never in my life have I have a felt less welcome AND disrespected. The captain of this boat DOES NOT LIKE AMERICANS!!! If you are traveling abroad from either the USA or Canada, PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Quite frankly, I'm not sure if it was just because we were Americans,or this guy was just a miserable human being, but wow- he really knew how to make an entire boat feel uncomfortable.
Upon boarding, (me and my husband) , along with the majority of the group were instructed to sit at the front of the sail boat. As we sailed to our first (and only) destination, the captain retracted the main sail (with no warning) , to which the rope slapped my husband in the face. My husband proceeded to protect his face by holding his arm out so it would happen a second time. The captain then screamed "DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING I HAVEN'T TOLD YOU TO TOUCH" . Shocked. We calmly said that the rope smacked him in the face. The captain then said that he "didn't care" And that "we should go to the lower part of the cabin if we were unhappy".
That was only one issue....
The captain was also making crude comments about Americans and how we are "overpopulating Mallorca". My husband and I couldn't believe our ears. Ecspeically since we were paying customers! It was so bad to the point where we felt unsafe. The captain clearly had it out for us from the very beginning with NO reasoning at all. It was very scary. There were multiples instances throughout our trip in which he was yelling at us, and whispering under his breath.... the entire boat was talking about how uncomfortable he was making the trip and how everyone felt as if they were walking on eggshells....
Long story short, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! This man should never be allowed to host tourist. On top of this review, we will also be filing a more formal complaint.

Unreliable, choose someone else. - Dealing with this provider was an emotional rollercoaster that lasted about a day. First, he messaged us very late evening to ask for more money in return for a private trip because they weren’t enough passengers for a shared trip.
We didn’t reply because we had gone to bed so we woke up next morning - the morning of our excursion! - to that message plus a subsequent one saying he would now cancel the trip, because we hadn’t replied.
I wish he had cancelled the trip; the trouble is that he sent all these messages outside of Tripadvisor and he never cancelled it so it put us in the situation that we had to turn up, knowing that he probably wouldn’t be there otherwise it would look as though we had broken the contract. I also referred it to dispute resolution through Tripadvisor /viator straightaway and they refunded the money quite quickly, well done Tripadvisor!
I booked this trip a couple of months before we travelled so I wasn’t aware of the growing number of negative reviews that people have added here recently.
So unfortunately, I can’t recommend you use this provider even though there have been many very favourable reviews over the years. We didn’t manage to get on a sailing excursion, but we did book other activities with Sail Palma, and with Mon d’Aventura, they were really good. If you are looking for reliable providers, check those out 😊.

Trip cancelled three days before scheduled date. - The captain cancelled three days before our trip without explanation. He offered a few other times (one at a higher price?!) but of course we have other plans now that our trip is so soon, so nothing worked.
