A perfect tour! - The trip guide was amazing! We enjoyed the ride with him! The good part of the trip was a possibility to jump into the sea from the boat...

Awsome - This was so awsome! It’s definitely a bucketlist thing. The speedboat takes its time to go really fast but it also stops at beautiful places and the tourguide gives you information about some places! So worth the money!

Scam and discrimination - We had a booking with them on 28th June 2024 at 11.15 am through getyourguide. On reaching at meeting point, one guy informed us that our boat was cancelled because of rough weather but the issue was their speedboat was not full so they cancelled the trip and rescheduled us at 12.15 pm for same day. When we reached at meeting location at 12.05 pm we were informed that the boat was overbooked so they already left and we need to reschedule again. Basically they are cancelling boats and then bidding customers to pay extra and if not then they will take you on a less busy day. On arguing one woman working made some discriminatory remarks and started making sarcastic remarks on us, when we asked her name to file complaint she didn't dare to tell her name and ran to the back and her manager didn't gave us a name either or no action was taken on her. Don't opt for Life and Sea Mallorca they will take your money , waste your day and make derogatory remarks with no one answerable for them. I have also shared my experience with life and sea Mallorca team on website but have not received any response.

Stay away from life and sea tours in Palma, Mallorca Spain - We took our family on what we expected to be a great experience, however our boat operator, Oscar, was rude, would not interact, did not offer the googles until we asked for them. Three of us fell off our seats he did not care if we were ok or not. He did not slow down the boat after we fell. He appeared annoyed and arrogant with us. Prior to leaving the dock he was making negative comments to his colleague about us and appeared to be planning to give us a rough ride. We knew it was a speed boat but it was not the speed it was the whips and turns that he tried to purposely knock us off our seats. We would never recommend this tour to anyone. Also the life jackets reeked of mold and body odor. It was supposed to be 55 minutes he took us back after 45 minutes. The check in girl was very nice and friendly but that is where it ended

They informed us after... - They informed us after getting a 50 euro taxi for half an hour to the meeting point that we couldn’t go as the boat was “broken”. No effort was made to contact us before we arrived and we’re very unhelpful about a refund, I was told I’d have to contact someone else via email which I still have no response from.
