Excellent. - Andi contacted us just as we got off the plane. He was waiting and very friendly. Great service He gave us water and had photos of where he was located which helped us find him. Plus a sign.

EASIEST AIRPORT TRANSFER! - If you are traveling to Bali, book this service for your airport transfer, you won't regret it. Not only is it exceptionally affordable, having a confirmed driver at the airport with your name on a sign is a FAR superior experience vs. trying to sort through how to order a cab/rideshare service after a likely lengthy flight. The car was spotless, our driver was wonderful and the communication with our driver was seamless. THANK YOU. When we return to Bali, we definitely will be booking a car to/from the airport again.

Great experience, don't hesitate - Rob was great! Booked this transfer for my parents from airport to hotel... customs took longer than expected and it was a long walk for my parents from the terminal,but Rob was very patient and waited for them. He was also in constant contact with me (I didn't go on trip) and let me know when my parents got picked up. We truly appreciate everything and would definitely use this service again. Thank you.

Excellent private airport transfer - Muhammed Devan was excellent. Highly recommend using him for your airport transfer. He waited patiently while I navigated visa and customs. Called and texted pictures to help me locate him easier and to check I was ok. Air conditioning was a godsend when outside the airport. He had water and WiFi available for me too.

Professional and so friendly - Rob was very friendly and highly professional. I had a text message in whatsapp from him as soon as I got off the plane. He told me exactly where he would be located. This was helpful as there were so many transfer drivers outside the airport waiting to pick up customers, which was overwhelming. He took all.pir bags from us and wouldn't let us carry a thong. He was very helpful.with information about where to eat and what to do. Would highly reccommend this driver.

Got us where we needed to go. - The guy was nice but he was not waiting when we got there. The sign was tapped to the bar abd we had to wait for him to come back. He seemed a little disorganized and confused. I mean he got us to our hotel but he drove like he was tired. Granted we landed late I understand. It was an average experience.
