Fun experience for foodies - Absolutely loved my cooking class. It was well organised, great communication, prompt pick up from my hotel and a very enjoyable way to spend a few hours. We started in the market, our chef Tommy led us on a fascinating tour around the local produce, and then back to the restaurant, for a hands on experience of cooking numerous dishes. We finished by enjoying a delicious lunch of all our dishes. Great fun!

10/10 fabulous experience - What a fabulous morning experience we had at this cooking class. A prompt pick up from our villa onto a visit through a food market. Then onto the cooking class. Every aspect of this morning was extremely professional, organised without fault and pleasant. The staff are so happy and friendly. We were matched with like minded others at our table which made for many laughs. The morning was topped off by eating what we had prepared. Throughly recommend Nia Bali Cooking Class as a must do on your next trip to Bali.

Best day ever - Fantastic! Loved the market visit to show us some of the ingredients we would be using. It was incredibly well organised for the cooking class. The teacher shared his great knowledge and skills and we all were able to be part of the preparation/cooking process. So many dishes, so much food and best of all it was so yummy.

Had a ball! Recommend! - We had an amazing time at the cooking class! The walk around the market was fascinating and we enjoyed learning about the way that Balinese people shop and what they buy. We enjoyed learning how to prepare, cook, and eat indonesian food. Every dish was delicious! Being given a recipe book to take home to replicate our delicious dishes was a very welcome bonus! The day was extremely well organised and the content well delivered by experienced, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would 100% recommend!

Hands on with lots of fun - Jim and team provided a delightful morning combining entertainment, adventure and of course secrets to Balinese cooking! The whole group (about 15) got fully into the spirit of things at the market visit but the real fun started when we learned how to use local ingredients to create simple but dishes like Port in sweet soy sauce and steamed chicken in banana leaf. Now I have a few simple ideas to try at home. Thanks Jim.
