Best tour in bali - Dear all traveler that planing to use dewata Bali tour please if tou want to book via online please don't use the method payment viator site, as they having a issue with the site.. The payment don't go to they're bank account and that been happened view time, and they try they're best do the tour for the customer who make mistake book trough viator and get no payment at all, but as professional guide they still do as they don't want to have bad review, but again they tru to contact viator and get that fix and still get no answer from viator until now.. So dear lovely customer please book directly or use other type of payment method .. Thank you

Indonesia - Bali trip - It was amazing trip. This is the first time to me traveling alone, but I did not feel alone with Ayu and Kadek. They take care about me in terms of foods, prices and activities. They really care about their customers, I remember one guy said bad thing to me and Kadek stopped him and showed me how he is really care about his customers. And they are really friendly. I recommend everyone to go with them for different reasons: - Excellent speaking in English - Reasonable price for each trip - Special prices for the activities - Well organized plan for the activities - Helping in finding hotels One more thing to mention, if you want to contact them, don’t go with Viator website as it has some issues. Above and beyond great service - This was my 1st trip to Bali and like most I used this page to plan my trip from the U.S.A along with another page called girls love travel. There were so many post recommending drivers for Bali. So I chose Ayu based on the post from another clients recommendations. There are many great drivers in Bali as the Balinese are such great people. I am so happy I chose to hire a personal driver and let her create my itinerary. This allowed flexibility for changes on the day of when I was tired. Also having a Private driver and not a tour group felt more private and special and provided less wait time. We were truly able to connect with them. Ayu even provided above and beyond service when she took our laundry to the laundromat for us, which helped us a lot. She also spoke great English and provided water and wifi. We met as strangers and left Bali feeling like family. That is our experience with Ayu and Kadek. Words cannot explain how they took care of us and made us feel like family and very safe. They became more than just our drivers. Ayu and kadek  became a part of our family. Over the course of 9 days we have laughed, sang songs, shared customs, traditions, music, food and life experiences. I genuinely love these two and their energy. Bali just makes you feel so at peace and these two contribute a great part to that. Signed a very happy customer who now feels like family and cant wait to return to Bali

Amazing and affordable - I found Bali Transport tours through a web search for tour guides in Bali and contacted several local guides before choosing them, Ayu was quick to respond and seemed to have a better appreciation of what we were trying to achieve than the other companies, and the price was similar or better. Ayu helped me deciding where to go and what to do, she and Kadek have their best to make everyone happy especially the kids. met us at our hotel with a smile even when we were late, car was always clean, cold water was always ready in the hot days. Ayu will suggest places to eat , shop and more, but if you have your own plan.. they stick to it..Highly recommended.

Our 10 days bali honeymoon trip was amazing that i was planning from almost a year. Dewata tours did great 👍 - These peoples are great Ayu & her husband are amazing people. We felt so comfortable from day 1 to our last day. They took care of us like a family and we shared amazing friendly bond. They helped us out with our activities, they have planned our itinerary accordingly and helped us find great spot. Ayu has a great photography skills and my wife loves it. I would recommend them to anyone coming to bali and need help with activities, driving you around and pick up or drop. I loved and cherished every moment there in bali with my wife because of them. In fact they helped me planned a surprise romantic dinner on beach which was amazing. I couldn’t ask for more. They did a great job and showed true bali & great hospitality they have shown. The best in bali! - Kadek and Ayu are the best guides/transport guides u can ever get in bali. Great hospitality, super friendly, warm and super fun. They are very flexible with the schedule and will cater 100 percent to your needs. We took them for 4 days and had such great time around ubud and uluwatu. Definitely will book them if I come again. Highly recommended!

BEST DRIVERS!! BOOK WITH THEM!! - Couldn’t recommend them more!! Very kind and beautiful people that made me feel at home in Bali! We had endless laughs and they are now our Bali Family!! They helped me and my friend have the best time while making sure we were safe! We were two young girls travelling to a different country and so were originally a little worried but they settled all of them as they truely cared about us and not just our money! We knew instantly we could trust them as they were being honest, respect and looking out for our safety and also making sure others wouldn’t rip us off! They helped plan our trips making sure we made the most of our time and got to see beautiful sites! They also told us about the places we were visiting as well as offered to take pictures and videos is us throughout!! They were very good pictures and they knew the angles which is very helpful when your a tourist and want to document your trip!! They also held lines for us at tourist attractions so we wouldn’t have to wait for ages and provided us with water because obviously Bali can get very hot ahaha! The service was amazing along with the price! Always felt safe with the driver as the car was very good and safe along with the drivers skills on the road! They are so accommodating and they treated us with 5 star service!! They also have amazing english! Me and my friend kept saying we hit the jackpot for drivers/guides because they are honestly the best!! I have a few friends going later this year that I will definitely be passing on their information too!!
