Excellent, friendly, helpful - Rob was great! We missed one another exiting Bali airport but we communicated thru What's App and he came and found us. He was very helpful and professional with fair pricing.

Excellent taxi service - Riki our driver was great. Our flight was slightly delayed and then when we got to Bali it took us an hour to get through immigration and airport security (that’s another story!). What should have been a 20-25 min journey then took about an hour but Riki didn’t moan he was just cheery and very careful. Would book with him again. 😀

Airport transfer pickup - Excellent communication prior to pick up and once arrived, friendly and helpful. Comfortable ride, air-conditioned van plenty of room for passengers and luggage. Safe drive to destination.

Excellent airport transport! - Spectacular experience. Our luggage got held up in the airport. Andri our driver was patient and understanding. He was very friendly and communicative throughout the delay. Additionally, he was quite knowledgeable and shared insightful information about the island. I highly recommend!

Smooth as silk! - Everything was great. Rob was there waiting for us with our names on a sign, when we walked through the airport, despite our flight being over an hour late. He was waiting towards the end of the queue of people with signs, closer to the car park. He had a big smile on his face, was very friendly and helpful, and gave us some local information as we drove to our hotel, and bottles of water. As with anything you buy online, I was nervous it might not work out, but everything was as advertised and went very smoothly. Rob returned us to the airport the day we left also and again was on time. Thanks Rob, much appreciated!

Great friendly teluable service - Rob was excellent, he SMS us to say he was waiting and where and although we had problems finding him it was wuickly and easily solved. He was very plesant and friendly and the bottle of water was most appreciated - strongly recommend this service
