Great day out for toddlers - Recently went to Sea Life with my wee boy (turning 2). We had a great time, it wasn’t overly busy due to being a week day so we could go back and forth as needed. Took lots of time to stop at each area and watch all the different sea creatures. There was lots of areas, lights and things to touch. We even got to try out the Little Rock pool to see and feel some Scottish sea urchins. We ended up being there for just over two hours by the time we had lunch and spent some time in the octonaughts cinema. My wee boy loved it and trying to leave the gift shop without all the soft toys was tricky but we managed to come away with some games and toys!

Fantastic time we had. - We went for Halloween was a great effort put in. Which my grandson loved. With an extra touch the girl who was the witch was fantastic talking and giving the kids a wee packet of sweets. Where as Blair drummonds Halloween was the biggest flop. Hay stacks were about flat. No effort put into it at all

Outstanding from start to finish - My 4year old grandson absolutely loved it particularly the Otter and April the Turtle. Touching creatures in the rock pool was a big hit. The workers feeding the Otter and doing the talk were great but the star was the very patient young worker at the rock pool. The gift of a shark tooth made his day.

Much better than others in Scotland - The staff were fantastic from the moment we walked through the door. Always on hand for questions and just lovely. The cinema is an added touch but maybe if it was on a sign somewhere they could go as we didn't know we were allowed untill quite far into our visit when we asked what the script was with going to it. Love the little tasks for the kids and the wee prizes for them too. I still think it's expensive but so is everything these days. Kids absolutely loved it and so did we.

Great place. Shame about the e-commerce - Great visit for toddlers and family. Lots to see. Staff were without exception really good. Definitely recommend. However online booking and ticket purchasing are a nightmare. Have they outsourced that function, because it falls so short of in house experience? I nearly gave up and didn't visit. P S I am an IT professional so not scared of online stuff.

Enjoyable but expensive venue - My partner and I took my grandchildren to Sea Life at Loch Lomond and we all had a lovely time there. Staff were friendly and approachable and encouraging towards the children. The exhibits and sea life were fascinating and really engaged the children. I would have liked more information available that I could discuss with them, however. I also expected there to be more to see, and it was smaller than I envisaged. The cinema offered additional entertainment, too. The views from the cafe are stunning, even in a drizzly November day. I was disappointed in the cafe and availability of food options, however. Some alternatives to white bread toasties or sandwiches could be provided. Overall a good day out, but very expensive. No senior rate and children costly too....hence no visit to the shop afterwards🥴

No decaf coffee - You operate a Costa Coffee yet they had no decaf coffee on the 9th November! Supposedly a quality coffee operation within the Sea Life Centre!

Way too expensive - Very expensive for the time spent / available fishes. Most notable was the viewing spot on top of the building. I think we were inside for less than an hour.

Save your money. - A complete waste of time and money…1 otter a few tanks and the whole dreadful experience over in about ten minutes….how this place can advertise as being an experience beats me. Save your money as it’s so poor I would have been disappointed even if it was free entrance.

Disappointing - Very expensive for the amount of time you're able to spend there, the door was locked so couldn't access the outside viewing platform, we managed to get around it within 25 mins and that included watching the otter being fed. Staff were friendly but forced to take photos at the start which were £13.50 each to purchase. Really overpriced as was the gift shop.
