On this private car journey, Richard will be your chauffeur. He’ll use his tablet to illustrate where each scene was shot and will share behind-the-scenes and VFX dissections for an insight into the creation of each sequence. Richard will chauffeur you beyond Belfast to the genuine Iron Islands and every location in the Glens of Antrim and the north coast. Additionally, he provides Iron Born attire and weaponry for the tour without any additional fees.

Richard from the Game of Thrones private tour was amazing! - This tour exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a long day but well worth it. Richard was an extra on the movie and does an amazing job of showing you all the sights and all about the Game of Thrones scenery and scenes. We saw so many beautiful sights and the coastline was so beautiful! We stopped for lunch at a really fun pub with good food and had a fantastic time. Richard was professional but so friendly and knowledgeable about Northern Ireland and Game of Thrones movie trivia and made it so fun! Thanks Richard!

A Truly Unforgettable Game of Thrones Birthday Weekend! - I had planned a full Game of Thrones-themed weekend in Belfast to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, as she’s a huge fan of the show. The highlight was supposed to be the Winterfell Trek tour, but two days before the tour, I received an email from Rob at Game of Thrones Tours informing us that the guide was ill and the tour had to be canceled. He offered two alternative options—another Game of Thrones bus tour or a similar experience starting from Dublin.However, after I shared that the entire weekend was centered around Game of Thrones and that it was my girlfriend’s birthday, Rob went above and beyond by offering us a private tour! This incredible gesture completely turned the situation around and made our weekend even more special.The next day, we were picked up by Richard the Wildling in his Audi A6, and after discussing our options, we decided to head north to explore not only Game of Thrones filming locations but also the stunning natural beauty of Northern Ireland. We visited iconic spots like the Giant’s Causeway, the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, and many other breathtaking locations that I didn’t even know were part of the itinerary. Richard’s knowledge of the show and the local area was unmatched. My girlfriend was beyond thrilled, especially getting to see not just the filming locations but also the incredible landscapes of Ireland. Richard gave us all the time we needed to explore each location, take photos, and truly experience the magic of both the show and the Irish countryside. It felt like we had the best of both worlds—a personalized Game of Thrones tour and a scenic adventure through some of the most beautiful spots in Northern Ireland. The fact that Rob and Richard arranged this private experience because it was my girlfriend’s birthday, speaks volumes about their customer service. They turned what could have been a letdown into an unforgettable experience that made the weekend absolutely perfect. If you’re considering a Game of Thrones tour, I can't recommend them enough. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we’re already looking forward to returning for another adventure. Thank you so much to Rob, Richard, and the entire team for an amazing day!

Excellent Tour - This was an amazing experience. Our guide/driver was in GOT and had a tremendous amount of knowledge about GOT and the area. It was a beautiful drive with lots of great stops!

Wonderful day out - We had an excellent day with Richard the wildling. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. From seeing the beautiful scenery of Northern Ireland outside Belfast to of course enjoying all the GOT locations around Winterfell which was great fun. The journey was extremely pleasant with Richard picking us up in his comfortable car from right outside our hotel and dropping us off back at the door. The timing was spot on throughout the day with us stopping off for comfort breaks and a lovely lunch when needed. The chat and interesting banter was an added bonus. This trip far exceeded our expectations and we are planning to return next year to do the other tour with him. Highly recommended tour and worth every penny

I highly recommend - I had the opportunity to take an amazing tour on my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! Every moment was thoughtfully planned, and our guide, Richard, was simply exceptional. He made everything even more special with his knowledge, friendliness, and attention to detail. A must do for Game of Thrones fans. So much fun and definitely worth the money!!!! You will not regret doing this🗡️🗡️ - Richard was the best tour guide. He made our trip to Ireland end with an amazing experience. It was so cool to see all the filming locations. A must do for GOT fans and will make any non-viewer want to watch. The cloak and sword added such an element of fun.
