Always the TOP - I have been attending Monrosa for many years and have done many activities with them. Fantastic center, staff and guides always top! Space to relax, drink and eat something.

A special Sunday - I had been rafting with them several years ago and found myself well. I went back with friends to go canyoning and everything perfect! Nice, kind, top instructor! See you next adventure!

Always nice to throw yourself back in the Sesia - We went canyoning with another couple. Simone was very nice and very attentive to everyone's needs. It wasn't the first time so I knew what to expect, but it's always a lot of fun to do it again. Natural Aquapark - Beautiful day in a wonderful place with pleasant, funny and very prepared people .. My son (12 years old) was thrilled with the experience, including dives, descents, slides etc... All in maximum security. Sicuramente ci torneremo! I highly recommend the Monrosa center... welcome, management, high-level equipment, with friendly, helpful and fun staff, able to involve people of all ages to spend days between fun and nature. Getting carried away and out of the comfort zone - Breathtaking scenery, immersive experience, I wanted to get out of the comfort zone and share an adventure with a friend, something that made me feel brave and proud of myself. In retrospect, not being a great sportswoman, I think that some more instructions on how to dive and how to move in the current could have helped me, only at the end of the experience I understood what it meant "stay soft", that is, trust the water and let yourself be carried away by the current. I instead saw the rocks I stiffened and sometimes I crashed, which of course I reckon could happen in such an experience but that with the right instructions could have been avoidable. The Guide however was professional and ready to make us feel comfortable, legitimizing us to refuse the steps that seemed too difficult to deal with. In the end we were very satisfied and proud of us!
