1. Once your booking is confirmed, please inform us of your pick-up location in Kuantan.

2. Our customer service team will contact you 3 days before the trip to confirm your pick-up time.

3. The driver will WhatsApp or SMS you one day before the trip to coordinate and confirm the pick-up location and time. You can also share your preferences for activities or sights during the city tour in Johor Bahru.

4. You can leave your luggage in the vehicle while you relax at Sungai Pandan Waterfall for about an hour.

5. Our driver will provide you with the embarkation card (white card) to fill out before entering Singapore.

6. During the trip, you can request refreshment breaks or meal stops as needed.
