Worthwhile experience! - I chose the Acoustic meal and I was definitely surprised at what I received, for a very reasonable price. I went just as they were opening, so I was able to walk around the restaurant and take pictures of many of the memorabilia. The staff were great and so friendly. I would definitely do this again, as well as recommend this experience to others. Thank you Viator and Hard Rock Cafe for making this possible!

Enjoyable and Delicious Experience - Team Us 2K enjoyed a nice dinner at this Hard Rock. Waitress was very nice and made sure we were all set even as the restaurant was busy. Dinner included a BBQ Cheeseburger with Fries, Original Cheeseburger with Fries, Buffalo Wings with Fries. Drinks included a Bahama Mama and Passion Fruit Mai Tai.

Good Food, Close to the Aquarium - We were visiting the Baltimore Aquarium during a rainy day in May. We were not too impressed with the food options there, so decided to get a little wet to try the Hard Rock. We had three 12 year old girls with us (two of which had allergies). Everyone was able to find something to eat, and they all enjoyed looking at all the stuff on the wall. All the staff was very friendly as well. When our daughter wanted to buy some guitar picks in the shop, the worker there talked to her a bit about his work in music. It may not be the most unique place to visit if you are in Baltimore, but it is a pretty safe bet for decent food and kids.

Average lunch - The food was average, could have gotten it anywhere, service was also average, I had to wait quite a while for a refill and we were sitting at the bar. Great location.. $100 for an average lunch for 3

Family friendly - Air conditioning was broken. Not enough fans in building to cool. Bathrooms were not clean. Waitress was pleasant. Food was ok.

DO NOT GO!!! - What a horrible experience. We didn’t even eat. We had to leave since it took almost 15 minutes and asking the hostess where our server was just for a drink order!! Go directly across the street to The Capital Grille, better atmosphere, above and beyond service and not much more money. Plus, you don’t stick to the floors as you walk!!

Uncomfortable experience - I'm 47 year old male from Korea. And a crew asked me an ID if I want to order a beer. Because I left my passport in my hotel room, I couldnt drink even a sip.

Worthless All Access - All-Access worthless! 1 hour wait at 11:30 am when restaurant opened at 11 am! No priority with all access card. 0bviously need more staff due to pandemic. They should have a sign that states limited seating. Phillips next door had no wait and plenty of staff!!
