Don’t hesitate, book a ride - I had an amazing ride on a very patient and well behaved horse. An hour gave me time to appreciate the amazing experience and vaguely feel my legs when I dismounted. The guide was so helpful and everyone was friendly and made it a great experience.

Great time with great views! - This tour was 10/10! The views were beautiful, the guides were great and patient with many of the riders, and the horses took us on the smoothest ride in a long time. Ghost (my horse) did awesome!

Lovely Afternoon, Bow River Ride - We had a lovely afternoon on the trail by the river. Guides and horses were great and it was really peaceful. Horses are clearly relaxed and know the trail well which is helpful when you haven’t been in a horse in a while! Would highly recommend.

It was good. - The experience was good. We would have liked more of an experience along the river. The trails weren’t the best but okay. Overall we enjoyed it.

Do not give this company the time of day - Do not endorse this company, nor work here! I moved to Banff in May and this was my first job. I lasted a month until I realized what a toxic place this is. Most horses are expected to stand in the hot sun all day with no water and must keep their saddles on all day which causes them to be exhausted all day. Some horses would have sore legs from being over worked but they were still expected to take tourists on a ride even though they were limping. They will tell you that they rescue all the horses but the misbehaved horses are sent back to where they came from. They had a horse die this past summer from being kicked in the head because of how many horses they put in the pen. This poor horse that passed away was only a a baby and worked for this company for only 1 month. The way they treat their employees is an entire other story. Do not book with this company and skip this excursion if you come to Banff.
