Informative, amazing and satisfying! - Our guide, Nora, was wonderful - friendly, funny, down-to-earth and informative. The variety of foods sampled was amazing, and all expertly prepared. We loved that the dishes were introduced and described by the chefs and sommeliers involved in selecting and preparing what we sampled. We even got to see a chef preparing and explaining how she was making our mussels. And above all else, the environment was incredible - what an amazingly beautiful hotel in a breathtaking setting.

Excellent food experience - Fantastic experience, really enjoyed seeing hidden parts of the Banff Springs. Our hosts were amazing and really informative, nothing was a problem. Food was excellent and the chefs on the day were great, telling us all about the food and its background. Had a fantastic time and would recommend.

Great way to experience the Banff Springs Fairmont - Nora was fun and full of interesting facts about Banff Springs Fairmont. Food was amazing and the Fairmont staff that presented the food was more than gracious with their time. Highly recommend!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our... - Thoroughly enjoyed our food tour of the Fairmont Banff Springs. Don't make dinner reservations - everything was delicious, be prepared to try new things - and the restaurants' staffs were very gracious and knowledgeable about their selections. Excellent pairings, both wine and cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for those who don't imbibe. Also learned about the history of the hotel - I'm sorry I've forgotten the name of our guide because she was excellent, friendly and informed.

Food and service were excellent - generous tasting portions and VIP service from the entire culinary team. A beloved focus on sourcing fresh Canadian ingredients and local Alberta-grown specialties. Highly recommend!

Great info, food, & views! - I took this tour last night and had a blast! Beth was super knowledgeable and friendly. She took us around the castle with stops at several kitchens with amazing food at each. I would highly recommend taking this one if you are looking for a great food tour with great views!
