Additional Information
- Scheduled stops at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are 30 minutes each in length.
- The access road to Moraine Lake is closed until late May each year and from early October onwards. Early season and late season bookings will not include Moraine Lake, but will instead spend 1 hour at Lake Louise.
- Group bookings of 9 or more guests have a 7 day cancellation period.

You must be ready 5 minutes prior to your departure time.
6:42am departure time for the 7:00am tour.
7:42am departure time for the 8:00am tour.
2:42pm departure time for the 3:00pm tour.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Spend the money! Worth it to sit back and enjoy the view. - Evie was our tour guide and did a fabulous job with stories and info. Along the way. We had a small 24 passenger bus which was nice even though full. We didn't have to mess with finding parking and could enjoy the sites. The lakes were both beautiful. We took 8 a.m. tour which beat most of the crowds. You do risk fog still hanging in the mountains early morning but it lifted while we were there. Highly recommend!

Not to be missed - Although Lake Louise is a popular tourist destination it is still worth a visit. We were lucky to have snow capped peaks and a turquoise blue lake to view.

Beautiful Banff - Fantastic scenery and very knowledgeable guide. We got a great historical background on the area and was given plenty of time to take in the sights.

Excellent way to see Lake Louise and Moraine Lake - Excellent tour! From booking to drop off, it was well organised and fun. Andy was knowledgeable and provided very informative commentary along the way with humour and sensitivity. Highly recommend it

Lakes - Ollie and Tash were wonderful guides. They were nice, knowledgeable And friendly. It was her first time doing a solo guide.

Both lakes were beautiful... - Both lakes were beautiful with unbelievable mountains. Lake Louise was my favorite but that might have changed when Lake Moraine reaches full pool. Guide was very friendly and offered a lot of fun facts during the trip.

Relaxed way to see the beautiful sights around Banff - Excellent trip to Lakes Louise & Moraine with Harry, our super-nice and informative guide & driver for this half-day experience. He took all the hassle out of the day, no worries about parking or catching the right shuttle, we could just relax and enjoy this amazing trip. Really good value for money too, would highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

Trip to Banff Lakes - Our tour guides made the trip extra special. We were disappointed with Lake Louise. But Moraine Lake was spectacular. Loved our stop there, and would have stayed longer.
