Banff to YYC shared shuttle - Shuttle arrived early, got use to our destination in plenty of time. Driver was friendly and helpful. Will use again.

We had to wait an extra... - We had to wait an extra 30 mins and had to call the company to make sure we got picked up. Then when we finally did get picked up we had 8 people in a small 8 person car with very little room.

Easy to miss shuttle you are supposed to be on - Viator needs some improvements - Electronic ticket with barcode lists the private company in such small/fine print that I didn't see it until it was too late. Arrived early, was in the right spot, went up to a shuttle driver and asked "is this through Viator" and he said "no" - come to find out he was my driver with a small/private company that was not aware they subcontract(?) through Viator. After they drove off and I saw the company name and took another closer look at my ticket, that was my shuttle, which I missed. Tried to re-schedule another one through Viator, with no luck. Attempted to book another shuttle through various companies with no luck. Being that I had an international flight out of Calgary, I had to get transportation to the airport and the only thing available was a $345 taxi ride. After all of this, Viator only gave me a partial refund. Will never use again and will be happy to leave numerous bad reviews through other platforms. My advice to Viator is MAKE THE SHUTTLE COMPANY INFO ON THE ELECTRONIC TICKET STAND OUT MORE SO THAT PEOPLE DON'T MISS THE FINE PRINT! And make sure the shuttle drivers are aware of the word "Viator" and the relationship!
