Great Banff Sampler! - Taylor was awesome and amazing! Her knowledge of and enthusiasm for the local geography, history, and current culture really brought the area to life. Riding around in the beautiful vintage vehicle was very comfortable and added to the fun. The buffet dinner was excellent and much more than we were expecting. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Great tour and dinner - JJ and Flora were fantastic tour guides! This is a must-do when visiting Banff. The scenery was stunning and the gondola to the top of Sulphur Mountain at night was spectacular. Dinner was quite good...lots of options at the buffet. Perfect for families and groups.

How to have the best day in Banff - Jodie and Andre made our day tour so perfect. They told us all about the history and made it a very memorable day. Our gondola timing was perfect to avoid the busier times and lunch was very good. They had it so well planned and we did so much. The hot chocolate and cookies after our lake boat trip was a lovely touch to end the perfect day.

Great half day winter trip around Banff - Carson and Ellie, our guides, were wonderful! They had so much local information to share with us about history, geology, restaurants, and more. The tour had multiple stops- photography at Two Jacks lake, snowshoeing at Lake Minawanka, touring Cave and Basin National Historic Landmark, photography at Bow Falls, and a gondola ride up to the top of Sulphur Mountain to take in the expansive views of the valley. Along the way they also shared local snacks with us after snowshoeing and at the top of Sulphur Mountain. It was a great way to see Banff on a tight schedule in the wintertime without the hassles of planning the day and driving yourself around. Next time we return (hopefully in the summer) we'll book another tour with Brewster Sightseeing. Thank you so much!!!

Winter Wonderland Tour - Booked this tour through Get Your Guide. Fully worth the money. So much to see but you don't feel rushed. Still plenty of time to take pictures. Jon B and Taya were friendly and knowledgeable guides. This tour fully exceeded my expectations!

Massively disappointed - Nightrise seems to be a light show for kids and the service left a lot to be desired. - I was very excited at first as I have been up this gondola multiple times and have had immense fun and fascination previously. And on this occasion I had invited my two work friends to join myself & my boyfriend to check out the ‘night rise’ experience. We got in the gondola and were almost at the top when we were halted mid air for almost 15 minutes, and then when we it started going again we were going back down!!! It was frightening to say the least plus the light was clearly broken so we were in utter darkness just hanging there. We eventually got moving again and tried to move on with our evening. Well, I have to admit, the Nightrise experience left us a little flat. There are two large screens with speeded up footage and lots of lasers. Plus three curved screens showing northern lights. None of which was visually groundbreaking or particularly informative. We then waited to see the movie and it turned out to be a 15 minute long advert for the Persuit simulator ride in Vancouver with zero dialogue or anything either entertaining or educational. We then thought we would get a bite to eat, and after waiting nearly 20 minutes to be seen by a server I went in to ask if there were any staff around, to which I was told angrily that someone would be with us in a minute!! We only wanted a quick snack but it was $45 to eat in the cafe!! We swiftly left, thinking we might salvage the evening by getting something from the gift shop, so cold and hungry and eager to leave we went to pay, only to be told by the staff member that she could not serve us and that we would have to wait for the other staff member to return who was authorised to operate the till. Finally we got back in the gondola to go home, and thankfully this one had a light as well as a working speaker! Will not be recommending or attending this ever again.

Banff Nightrise ultra-disappointing - First of all a huge disappointment: instead of sound and light we come across some colorful neon lights that fight in a duel between two projections of snow all wrapped in Indian songs spat out by speakers. We are far from the sounds and lights as we can see them today. Especially as the place has great potentialwhich is not being exploited. Then the harassment. Over $200 for 4, with no service other than climbing into the dark borders on tourist scam. Avoid it.
