Phenomenal Trip on the Bow River in the Big Canoe - We decided to take the River Explorer Tour on the Big Canoe on our last morning in Banff and we are so glad we included this in our trip. After our canoe trip, my husband said it was absolutely the best thing we did on this vacation! Our guide, Alec, was phenomenal at pointing out animals and birds, performing bird calls, naming the surrounding mountains, advising on what other sights to check out while in town and telling entertaining stories about the area. Of all the things we did on our vacation this is definitely the one thing we would tell others to be sure to include on their trips. We learned so much while on our canoe trip, but it was also extremely relaxing and serene floating back down the river. If you are thinking about booking a canoe trip in Banff, Banff Canoe Club is absolutely the right choice!

Loved the big canoe tour - We went on the big canoe tour and enjoyed it! The scenery on the Bow River was gorgeous! We have a family of 5 and were paired with a family of 4. We saw a bald eagle an osprey, which was neat! Our guide, Cam, was awesome! He was knowledgeable and fun. Enjoy!

Fun river tour! - Bri was an awesome tour guide! We had a ton of fun paddling on the Bow River. The mountain views were awesome and we had a couple of trains come through, too. All in all, it was a very neat tour!

Thanks Ethan! - My friend and I went on the 3:00PM River Explorer Canoe Tour. Really enjoyed the entire ride, as the scenery was amazing and we also had a full group. Want to give a shout-out to Ethan, who was a friendly, humourous, and knowledgeable guide! Ethan talked about the local wildlife throughout the tour and even helped us get a "honk" from one of the freight trains passing by :D Would definitely recommend this activity, what an adventure!

Great to experience the mountains from the water - Amazing trip with our guide Bri. The scenery was beautiful and we were lucky enough to see a Beaver. Loved when we all spent a few moment in silence just enjoying the ambience. Would definitely recommend this trip.
