Wonderful experience in Banff, thanks to Rahul! - Our first visit to Banff was perfect due to this private tour. I did a lot of research on the different tour options and chose this company because of the ability to customize our itinerary. We chose to be picked up in Calgary, do our full day tour, and be dropped off in our hotel in Banff. Our tour guide was Rahul and he was great! He was very knowledgeable of the area and took us to visit all the places we wanted to go to plus more. He knew where to drop us off to avoid walking too much and wasting time. He pointed us to where to go for the best photo opportunities and even took our group photos. We left our passports in our hotel in Calgary and we were in panic mode. Rahul went above and beyond to pick up the passports and drop them off to us at Banff during his next tour. We are thankful for him saving our trip! Super flexible and highly recommended - We felt as if we are on a family trip with our cousin, never did we get that feeling of a guide or a tour operator operating out of less interest.
