1. What if I miss my shuttle?
   If you miss your shuttle, you will need to arrange and pay for a taxi yourself. Refunds for missed shuttles from the lakes are not available. Keep track of your shuttle times and arrive early to ensure you don’t miss it.
   Note: There is no cell service at Moraine Lake.

2. What about parking if I drive?
   Parking at 225 Beaver Street and in Banff can be challenging. Plan ahead or consider using local Roam transit services, which are available to the pickup area.
