Highlights
  • Vermilion Lakes - Cycle from the Banff Train Station to Vermilion Lakes (or Lake Vermilion). A favored spot by photographers where the lakes reflect the iconic Mount Rundle that looms over the town of Banff. The three lakes are situated west of Banff and fed by the Bow River in the Canadian Rockies.
  • Bow Falls - Cruising through the Town of Banff, across the Bow river, next stop is Bow Falls. A major cascading waterfall on the Bow River, just before the junction of Spray River, Bow Falls is set in a big river valley eroded by past glaciers, and is a local landmark.
  • Banff Springs Golf Course - A bicycle ride around the golf course loop begins with an inspired start below the cascading waters of Bow Falls. From here, the route crosses just about every type of mountain scenery. The slopes of Mount Rundle and Tunnel Mountain tower over riders as the road turns and the Bow River suddenly appears. Not just a favorite place for golfers to enjoy one of the worlds top-rated courses, elk, deer and even bears are often spotted crazing and passing through the stunning corridor.

Great tour - Would definitely recommend this e-bike tour. Riding an e-bike was so much fun and Our guide made it easy to see bow lake and bow falls for photo opportunities. Wouldn’t have been able to see as much as we did without our guide who was very knowledgeable about the area.

One of a kind - Our guide Joe was fantastic, he gave us all the time we needed to absorb the views and the ride. We were able to ride as fast, or as slow, as we felt comfortable. We enjoyed the couple we rode with.

So pretty and fun. - Molly was our guide. So attentive and kind. I’m 74 and she went with what I could do. It was just her and my daughter on the tour. I recommend it for everyone. The longer tours would be too much for an elderly person. This was beautiful and just right for me.

Biking through Banff - This was one of the favorite things we did on this trip! Our guide was awesome! Very informative and engaging. Loved seeing the town and some of the nature around it!! We would not have known where to go on our bikes if we had just rented them vs taking the tour. The 10am tour was great as it wasn’t as busy I am sure the afternoon could be!
