Airport representatives will be in the paging area with a sign displaying your name. This area is located at the Exit Gate in the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point.

Tours are available almost daily. In case of urgency or cancellation, you will be informed 12 hours before the tour. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest an alternative day or provide a refund.

This tour is available in English, but private tours can be requested in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Specify your preferred language when booking a private tour.

Please wait in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the specified time on your voucher. Late arrivals may be rescheduled if possible; otherwise, the booking will be auto-canceled with a 100% charge.

Drivers may be delayed by 15-45 minutes due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

No need to show a physical voucher; a mobile voucher or booking confirmation on your phone is sufficient for our guide.

Activity times may be affected by factors such as weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
