Great time! - We had a great few days in Siem Reap, our guide Mr T and the driver John were on time, very accommodating (cold drinks and refreshing towels). Our guide was very knowledgeable and proud to share the sights with us. Thank you, would recommend them both.

An informative and flexible experience - Mr T and John our driver were great. Always on time, always flexible, and always smiling. We were able to adjust our day based on preferences and he was able to add a couple of places for us to visit. Highly recommend.

Overnight trip to Angkor Wat from Bangkok - We wanted to see Angkor Wat while visiting Thailand though didn’t have much time. This trip was exactly what we needed to make it work. We have a large van for family of family of 5 which was way more than needed though made the trip much more comfortable. The land crossing into Cambodia was a tad chaotic, though, the tour group made the process easier and walked us through each step. The amount of time spent at Angkor Wat was perfect, getting to see the main sites. Tour guides, drivers and help at the border were all great. The hotel was very nice with a great Buffett breakfast. Fully recommended

I fully recommend this trip. - We have experienced a really great trip. Our guide - Mr. Thy did an excellent job showing us the temples in a very interesting way. He shows us great places for great photos. He is very involved. Generally, hotel perfect, hosting at the Cambodian side was super. The only minus was a transport from Bangkok to the border - low quality of the car, but drivers very kind :-)

Best trip in my life! - I can tell it was one of the best trips in my life! Everything was organized so perfectly! We read previous reviews and were ready for anything at the border, as for a lot of people it was confusing.. But we had full support on each of the steps of our journey, there was a person at the border who helped us with everything and even filled our documents for visa. Overall ~15 min to cross 2 borders. All the cars were comfortable, hotel was amazing!! We have a huge desire to come back to Cambodia once again! Next time not only for 2 days, as there are a lot of things to do!

This tour is an absolute mist - One of the highlights of my vacation, Angkor Wat is epic, not just in it's beauty but in it's history. Our guide Bunrong (I recommend asking fir him, I heard the other guides, he was far more informative). Bunrong shared so much I had to video his stories. The walls share so many stories, the story of Siam Reap is one to share fir sure. The floating market had the most incredible sunset, and the crocodile was very tasty, don't be afraid to try.

Fantastic guide, great tour, confusing communication - First of all my guide Yuth was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and helpful, passionate about the history of the region, the sites we visited, and the language. Very good English. Big THANK YOU. All sites are just stunning and must see but I guess you know that looking at this tour. It is a bit pricey but if you are limited to 2 days like I was, then it's your best option as flying and arranging things yourself is likely to be very difficult to fit into 2 days. Lastly, communication and info provided by the operator. They tell you who the driver is and send a picture so meeting in the morning is no problem. However, this is their standard and only info and do not expect them to answer any questions. You are then left largely on your own and although things WILL work out some more upfront info would have been very helpful. Here are some tips: - Let them know your WhatsApp nr as that way you'll have direct contact, and you might need it. Make sure they do get in touch over WhatsApp before the trip (this is how they will provide driver details) - Best get an eVisa to Cambodia before travelling, that will speed things up at the border. Apply at least a week in advance. Print out TWO COPIES as they will need one entering Cambodia and one leaving (they won't tell you that but you must have two!!) - Take USDs in cash to avoid extortionate xcg rates. You can pay EVERYWHERE in USD, prices are given in both Riel and USD, so don't bother exchanging to Riel. If they give you change in Riel try to spend it as it is useless outside of Cambodia. Oh and take GOOD NOTES I.e. not torn or stained as they may sometimes refuse to take those. - The driver in Thailand does not speak English but you can ask him questions using e.g. Google Translator, that works. He will take a picture of you and at the border hand you over to a person who will run you to Thai passport control. Alsio, REMEMBER THE DROPOFF POINT, you will need that on the way back. That's how they make sure you are handed over correctly by taking your picture and sending it to the next person who is supposed to find you. - From there you go through Thai control, then keep walking through no man's land to Cambodian passport control, which you will see marked as Arrivals up steep stairs to the right. You won't miss it. There fill in the arrival card, as hotel put in only Siem Reap (or any random hotel there) as they won't tell you upfront which one it is. Get a visa there if you don't have one yet (30 USD) and walk through passport control. That's all in the same room so you won't get lost. Then walk out downstairs. - a person (Mr Aun) will identify you by your picture and take you to your Cambodian driver. Don't leave the border control building until he does, he will be looking for you. - The driver will then take you to your hotel. There you will usually have 1-2h free time and at 3.30 or 4pm your guide will meet you in the lobby and take you from there. They will WhatsApp you the meeting time. - On the way back the process with pictures repeats. HOWEVER in my case noone met me on the Thai side when I walked out. I called them on WhatsApp and was told to walk ahead to the previous drop-off point, which is maybe 200m straight ahead. It's by a mall(?) called Star Plaza, see my pics. There are several companies arranging private transport there, look for Rawee (see pics), guys with green shirts. They will have your picture and arrange a driver back to Bangkok. Hope that helps, and I don't know why the travel company doesn't just send you all these details upfront, instead leaving you confused about what's happening. Bit don't worry they will get you through. Just make sure you do have them connected via WhatsApp in case you need to call them for help.
