Fantastic way to learn to cook simple but delicious Thai food at home - My husband and I booked on an afternoon cooking class, after really enjoying our class we did whilst on holiday in Kuala Lumpur. The whole experience was great fun and one that we would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to learn about Thai food and culture. We were collected from our hotel at 12.30pm and then taken to the cooking school about 30 minutes drive away. We then spent a lovely afternoon with four other guests learning about Thai ingrediants and cooking (and eating!) a variety of dishes ourselves. I was the only vegetarian on the course but was very well catered for and was able to cook the veggie equivalent of all the dishes that the others were making. All the food was quite straightforward to make which meant that we left feeling confident that we could try them ourselves at home. All the staff were friendly, knowledgable and fun and really seemed to want to make our day special. They even gave us fridge magnets with a photo they had taken of us all individually to take home and then also emailed us the other pictures they had taken of us throughout the afternoon! Fantastic afternoon which filled us up so much that we didn't need dinner that evening! I would recommend this to anyone!

Beautiful Open air cooking school - We had a wonderful time at Baipai cooking school, the site is beautiful with large open air spaces. Pop and Charles were super nice and they both spoke great english. The dishes were simple, pretty much fail proof. It was very good as an introduction to Thai cooking. The market we visited before arriving at the school is very clean and organised compared to other markets in town. The only thing to keep in mind is the Bangkok traffic is crazy. If you are getting picked up in the city, they might choose a nearby location for you to get to from your hotel.

A superb Thai experience - Started with introducing us to some of the core flavours and ingredients used in thai cooking, including herbs picked directly in their garden! Both Pop and chef Charles were really friendly, giving clear explanations and helpful tips. Was really impressed at how our food turned out, and enjoyed both the variety of dishes we learned and getting to use ingredients we weren't familiar with. Also a beautiful venue, and the transport to/from our accommodation was useful. Really highly recommend!

An enjoyable morning spent with pleasant people on a beautiful property - We cooked 4 dishes and ate them all. Go hungry! All the hard work is done for you so sit back and relax. Your knife skills will not be tested.

Crash Course in Cooking - Loved the cooking class. My teenage son and my aged mother could keep up with the pace and there were helpful folks at hand to guide us through the various steps in creating a complete Thai meal - appetizer, salad, curry and dessert. Charles is very clear in his instructions and provided some valuable tips. Loved the ambience as well. Overall great experience in the world of Thai cooking!

Amazing cooking class! - Gorgeous property, amazing chef and guide and delicious food! The chef was very attentive and demonstrated a great passion for cooking. Our class was small so it was very focused and intimate. I couldn't have been more pleased with this cooking experience. Thank you SO much Baipai! I'll definitely be back when next I visit Bangkok.

baipai thai cooking school - I really enjoyed the experience and learned so much about food. Som was really helpful and knowledgable showed us around the food market tasting various things and provided alternatives if we could not find it back home. The school was held in such a relaxing venue and great place to cook. I did want more hands on in cooking but due to time and the 4 recipes we went through it was limited but enjoyed it all. Thank you Som to you and your team for making it a positive experience.

Kudos to Baipai Thai Cooking Class. Great job! - It was an very enjoyable experience. It made me look like an expert after the course. The staff were extremely helpful ensuring that you got things done correctly. Pop and Charles handled the class very well. Value for your money. I will definitely take up more classes with them in the future.
