• Temple of the Golden Buddha (Wat Traimit) - Officially named Phra Phuttha Maha Suwanna Patimakon, and commonly referred to in Thai as Phra Sukhothai Traimit, this gold Maravijaya Attitude seated Buddharupa statue weighs 5.5 tonnes (5,500 kilograms). It is situated in Wat Traimit temple in Bangkok, Thailand. Historically, the statue was covered with stucco and colored glass to hide its true value, remaining in this state for nearly 200 years, and was considered a minor pagoda. In 1955, during its relocation, the plaster was removed, revealing the gold beneath.

• Wat Phra Chetuphon - Located on Rattanakosin Island, directly south of the Grand Palace, this temple is also known as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha. It is associated with King Rama, who reconstructed it. The grand royal temple complex houses a 46-meter (151-foot) Reclining Buddha and contains the largest collection of Buddha images in Thailand. It is regarded as the earliest center for public education in Thailand.

• Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew) - The Emerald Buddha is a statue carved from green jasper, dating back to the 15th century. The Temple of the Emerald Buddha was specifically built to house this meditating Buddha figurine, which is seated in a yogic posture and made from a single piece of green jade, adorned with gold and diamonds.

• Temple Of Dawn (Wat Arun) - Wat Arun, known as the Temple of Dawn, is a renowned Buddhist temple located near the center of Bangkok, Thailand. It is widely recognized as one of the city’s major landmarks. The temple’s central feature is its prang (spire or stupa), beautifully decorated with colorful old porcelain and seashells. The name “Temple of Dawn” is derived from the breathtaking way the temple appears at dawn, as the first light of day reflects off its surface.
