Best view over Bangkok! - We bought our tickets online through the official homepage, which is something I’d definitely recommend. That way we could totally skip the main queue inside the building and could head straight through. We had to store our bags downstairs, which is free, and also you’re not allowed to use any tripods up there. I was allowed to bring my DSLR camera with me and also use my Gimbal, but I asked the team beforehand through their social media and confirmed the use of the Gimbal right then and there.
Then we passed an area where you could get some photos taken before we headed to the lift. It takes you up incredibly quickly and then you step onto the first area (The 74th floor) – this part is completely inside with a windowfront allowing breathtaking views over Bangkok.
From here you take an escalator up to another area, from where you can either walk up or take another lift to the top floor. And that part truly is stunning! There’s a bar, a glass floor and an even higher area with seats.
The main highlight of the King Power Mahanakhon Sky Walk is undoubtedly the awe-inspiring 360-degree panoramic views it offers of the sprawling city below. The glass-floored observation deck provides a unique perspective, allowing brave souls to step onto the transparent floor and feel the cityscape beneath their feet. You have to wear shoe protection and you’re not allowed to bring your phone or camera onto the glass floor. So, if you want photos of you on there, you need someone to stand behind the line and take them.
We headed there for the sunset and this was the best decision ever - Bangkok is just truly stunning from above!

Two steps in the void - Fantastic!!! I loved it!!! Walking in the void at 314 meters high, is a tough experience but full of charm. Try it, really!

Definitely worth it .. views are amazing - We booked on line the day before direct with the venue - very easy . Took the sky train which stopped 2 mins walk away . We might have been lucky on the day .. but we didn’t have to queue to go through security or for the incredibly fast lift . We booked the 6-7 pm slot Just one point if you are booking for a child under 13 and they look older make sure you take their passport .. I decided to take my daughters as she is 12 ( a lot cheaper ticket) but she looks older and we were asked for proof of her age .
The experience is worth the money as you can stay at the top as long as you want to . There was a DJ and a bar .. a cool vibe . The glass floor is an experience too . Definitely worth booking but I wouldn’t book the VR experience that didn’t look particularly great.

Fantastic Views - My hotel was close to this skywalk, so it was easy for me to walk over here and purchase tickets at the front desk. My husband and I really enjoyed the scenery from above, and had a good beer on the deck as well. Nice spot to hang out for a bit, and you can go at your own pace while you are there. I think we spent about 90 minutes there in total just enjoying beers this high up in the city. Definitely bring sunscreen with you and a small umbrella as the deck has NO shade.

Bangkok views through a glass floor - A little bit of fun on a glass floor above Bangkok city, make sure you have a hat as no shade up there. Definitely worth doing if you like heights

Rethinking Bangkok rooftops -what a view!! - Visiting in the morning around 11am was really fantastic. Very few visitors. You could use everything to its full extent without any time restrictions.
Fantastic view, great event.
The elevator ride was quite an experience - not exactly cheap, but worth every euro/baht!!

Sensational 360 degree view of Bangkok - Sensational 360 degree view of Bangkok from the (currently) highest building in Thailand. We were there at 10.30 in the morning. No waiting time :-)
Please note: Only the smallest bags can be taken. The rest must be deposited in the free locker. If sunglasses, cell phone, etc. don't fit in your pocket, small paper bags are available free of charge. Tip for guests over 60: Entry costs only 250 THB per person, but no packages are available. Take your ID with you!
Entertaining video animation during the trip to the 74th floor (view through glass) Cell phones are not allowed on the small glass deck (open air). Photos must therefore be taken from outside.
Very good alternative to the Lebua Skybar, as the prices for the drinks here are still very reasonable and the service is extremely friendly. 5 stars fully deserved 😊. The only thing we weren't impressed with was the exit via the shopping floors. Peanuts 😉

Breathaking view - A must visit place on your next trip to. Bangkok. Thats mahanakhon skywalk experience. One of Thailand’s highest observatory deck at 314m above ground level. The view is breathtaking.
Its somewhat similar to That at Burj Khalifa. I personally loved the outdoor experience here. And walking on the glass floor was surely one of a kind experience.
The visiting hours are 10-2 pm and 4-7pm.

Good view - Amazing Mahanakhon skywalk. Beautiful skybar with a great view. Come in good time for the sunset, because places are in demand. It was the second time we visited the top and it is definitely worth a visit. Unfortunately, there are a little too many guests up there and a bit of chaos on the glass floor. A bit of a shame that there aren't more seats. Unfortunately, those who sit down cannot enjoy the view for all those standing in front of the glass railing to take selfies again and again. It's a bit of a shame.
