The RSM academy provides a venue for individuals of all skill levels and ages to delve into the art of Muay Thai. (It’s important to note that Rajadamnern Stadium operates multiple locations, such as the Jasmine City Tower Asoke branch or the Stadium One Sport community branch, which will be selected based on the proximity to your accommodation.)\n\nUpon meeting your instructor, you’ll commence your Thai boxing session, beginning with the essential defensive techniques of Thai Boxing. This is followed by a session focusing on the strategic use of elbows and knees. After mastering both defensive and offensive maneuvers, you’ll step back into the ring for a practice fight with an experienced Thai boxer. Conclude your session by capturing a memorable photograph with fellow Muay Thai enthusiasts, creating a unique keepsake of your Bangkok adventure.
