Over and above - Tour Guide went well out of their way to pick me up and make the tour happen. Smooth tour, great sites and flexible. Highly recommended for those stopping by on a long transit as a way to fit in some sightseeing. Street food and flower market are fantastic experiences. Would recommend.

Excellent Turk Tuk Tour - We had an excellent tuk tuk experience with our guide Aey. She allows us to take some good pictures. The food is impressive that we hadn't tried it before. The experience is recommended to everyone.

I had a fantastic tour with guide Ms... -
I had a fantastic tour with guide Ms Supatsara Wonghong on the Tuk Tuk Experience. Ms Supatsara Wonghong made my tour fun and interesting she was a wealth of knowledge and went out of her way to ensure I had a really good time. The driver of the Tuk Tuk was great and made my trip exciting. All the places I visited were interesting and different from the King Rama VI Monument to the King Rama V Equestrian Monument and Temple of the Golden Buddha Wat Traimit. Thien Pier is the main tourist point from where I took Photographs of the royal city. Wat Po, the temple of the Reclining Buddha, Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn. Then my guide showed me King Rama V Monument. In all I had an absolutely fabulous tour and would recommend everyone to do this tour.

Mr and Dr J Williams - I must stress Siri is a very very nice person, What let this trip down was the fact she had not created any itinerary and because of this we repeatedly arrived at places that were closed ? We even arrived at a restaurant only to be turned away, Siri told us this was because she had forgot to book. We then went to some where Siri called backpackers ? Taken to a fast food outlet with music blasting from every bar , not us at all. We had a good evening overall only because we were laughing how somebody could get it so wrong.

Rip off run by losers - I’m asking for a refund. Tour was not done. Did not see sights on itinerary and paid very high price. Fed awful food. Tour guide abandoned trip midway. Driver was mean and abusive. The most disappointing and awful trip. Your guide was mean. Hard hearted and laughed at people struggling. They ruined my Christmas gift. May God judge them for their evilness and repay me threefold. This company does not deserve to operate!!!!

This was the worst decision and... -
This was the worst decision and biggest waste of money in our two weeks in Southeast Asia. Our guide was pleasant, but that's the best I can say about this tour. We feared for our lives as the tuk tuk drivers raced past one another, often speeding in lanes of oncoming traffic. Perhaps this is par for the course for tuk tuks in Bangkok, but in the six days following we never witnessed such recklessness but of course never rode in a tuk tuk again ourselves!. The very mediocre dinner was served in a cafeteria-like atmosphere in a sterile room surrounded by other tourists, in a shopping complex with a fake-Disney feel Asiatique. We were not taken to any temples, as I expected from the tour description and other reviews All the temples close at 5 PM. Our guide did show us Chinatown, where we disembarked for a one-block walk but didn't sample any street food. We also walked through the night flower market, which was interesting. Those two stops kept us from feeling that we had completely and utterly wasted our money and our time, but only barely. The staff at our hotel subsequently arranged several satisfactory outings for us, at a fraction of the cost of this overpriced tour. We should have saved our money and asked the hotel staff for advice.

We went on this tour expecting to... -
We went on this tour expecting to have a good Thai meal as it was not a cheap tour. The restaurant that they took us to was a buffet. We were the only ones in the restaurant which was the first red flag for me. It took a good hour to get there. If they were going to choose a restaurant that far away it should've been at least a decent meal. I only ate the rice as I tasted the other food and The food was cold. Our tour guide was a very nice young woman. But I don't believe she has ever done this tour before. She was constantly on her iPad and looking at notes. Basically we drove around in a tuk tuk in the very crowded streets of Bangkok. Our tour guide also spoke English OK. She was very hard to understand and I don't think she really understood what we were asking her. I have done other Viator tours before and this one was very disappointing.

Do not use this company or Viator.com for your tours! - The private tour - Bangkok night lights with dinner is nothing like what is described in their overview. We paid a lot more to get a private tour as one of the group was elderly and couldn't walk far. Contrary to what was described in the overview, we did not get picked up from our accommodation by their tuk tuk (they didn't even have one, they were going to try to get one off the street but couldn't find one) and we were told we were not going to be taken to the restaurant or cocktail bar described. After spending almost an hour of the 4hr tour in a taxi, we asked to be taken back to our accommodation. When I contacted Viator to ask for a refund, they took the word of this tour company over ours and only refunded 1/3 of the cost, even though we saw nothing of the sights described.
