Breathtaking experience - This tour was amazing, the view from the top of Mount Batur is absolutely breathtaking. Our tourguide, Rudi was the best, he is a really kind guy with a big smile. :)

Worth the climb! - Our guide Gede Mertadana was simply amazing! He helped my girlfriend up and down the volcano and was very patient. He also told us interesting facts about the volcano. The climb was difficult but manageable and well worth the view. Would definitely recommend!

One of the best activities todo in bali - Wow amazing! From booking to the day we hiked everything was just super easy and efficient. As soon as I paid I was contacted with all relevant information and more. The tour guide Ayra was very friendly and respectable, kept in contact with me throughout, was very efficient with times and provided an amazing experience. The mountain guide Anya was also just the same very friendly and respectful. She went at a pace suitable for us and wasn’t pushy. She managed to get us into the best spots and helped take loads of photos for us which was amazing of her todo. She helped us all the way down making sure we didn't have any accidents as-well which was very nice. We then got to go to the hot springs and a coffee tasting afterwards which was amazing as well! Overall for the price and the activities you do and for the length of time you are doing them you really can’t beat it! You won’t be disappointed to book with this guide as they will provide 5 star service! For a very reasonable price!

The best experience ever with the best staff. - The trip was very nice the mountain was amazing the nature and all this beautiful view at the top of the mountain. A memorable trip - The entire trip was well executed and my friends and I truly enjoyed ourselves. I would like to compliment our driver Yasa who was very friendly and took care of us during the trip to the venue and back to the hotel. He was very punctual to pick us up from the hotel and kept us safe throughout the drive.

Mount batur. - Very good tracking. Amazing and excellent guide (Harry !!). The view and the steam from the volcano are a perfect experience. The hot spring are more like a family center pool with hot water, would rate it 1 star. The coffee plantation is good and interesting experience to taste the coffee. Overall it’s fine. When you reach the top you feel good. The details are not well explained, you have to choose the transportation option in order to do hot springs and coffee plantation. I think it’s omitted on purpose and not fair, we had to add extra money. I would still recommand it if its your first time. That is my subjectif and personal opinion.

It’s a good trip and is worth getting up for - The walk is perfectly manageable if you have walked up a mountain before. The drive there was ok. The guide that took up the mountain was brilliant. She was very kind and always made sure we were ok to keep going. The breakfast is good considering it’s cooked at the top of a mountain. Would do again.
