- Mount Batur - Pick up at your hotel between 01.30 am to 02.30 am depending on your hotel location. Heading directly to base point of Mount Batur. Get short introduction from your local guide, equipped you with flash light, trekking pole and water bottle. Begin the hike approximately at 03.30 am through the darkness lit by flash light.
It takes about two hours to reach the summit of Mount Batur. Once arrive at the top your guide will provide breakfast and hot drink while you watching the sunrise. After sometime walking around the crater before descending mountain. Allow your body to relax at Batur natural hot spring after long hike (if package selected).

You won’t be disappointed! - Our guides Sari and Ayu were absolutely amazing. Ayu was very sweet, she brought us up the mountain in about 1:15. We Had plenty of time to eat our breakfast and enjoy the sunrise. Ayu took as much photos as we wanted, even took some creative photos and videos that are unlike anything else in my camera roll! She also made sure we were ok each step of the way :).
We booked an additional day with Sari where she walked us through the rice terraces and got to experience Tirta Empul. I highly recommend booking these experiences with both of them! Having a guide is so helpful when navigating a new country. They made sure we weren’t haggled, made our days stress free and we got the best experience in Ubud!

Amazing sunrise view - Great experience with amazing sunrise view at the top. Our guide Yus explained everything, took great photos and helped with everything we needed. Easy communication with our driver Ketut. Definitively recommend.

Truely wonderful - What an amazing sunrise and experience. The organisation and the communication about the tour/pickup was exceptional. Ketut was a great driver. He picked us up exactly at the time and place as organised. Yus was a truely wonderful guide. He was funny, helpful and knowledgeable about the walk. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali. The one hint I can give, is make sure you have something warm to put on when you arrive at the top.

Amazing experience with incredible views - Amazing trip and would highly recommend. Our driver Ketut was very nice and got us to each stop on time and waited there for us. Whilst climbing Mount Batur we had Yus as our guide, he was also lovely and allowed us to take our time. When you reach the top they had the perfect spot to watch sunrise and get photos without it being crowded

Amazing day! - Many thanks to Ketuk and Nik for their support in this package Trekking + roastery. Ketuk went fast as light carrying us from a point to another, Nik took us some top tier pictures, great value! A tip for the everybody; bring a rain coat because when it rains the hike can be tedious.

Fantastic experience, thank you Yus! - We had a wonderful trip up Mount Batur with Yus. The pickup service was excellent and we felt very safe as two women. Once we arrived, we were provided with head torches, water bottles and a walking stick to support us. The terrain is a little tricky and steep but Yus was happy to go at our pace and take lots of breaks on the way up. You set off plenty early enough to allow for this and still make the sunrise. Once at the top, Yus made us a lovely breakfast and warm drink and then took some fantastic pictures of us to keep as lovely memories. We couldn’t recommend enough!

Amazing view and sunrise - Well worth getting up at 2am to see the most beautiful view and sunrise at the top of Mt. Batur! It was definitely the most memorable part of our all inclusive tour with the hot springs and coffee plantation.

Fun and beautiful experience - Alex was a super fun and helpful guide and the tour was amazing! Hiking in the night was quite exhausting, it’s not too challenging of a hike though. It was totally worth it.

Wonderful morning! - Our driver, Aji, picked us up on time (even confirming the day before and morning of) and drove us to the base of Mount Batur, where we met with our guide, Ayu. The hike was fairly steep and we definitely made use of the hiking poles provided! However, the view at the top made it all worth it, with breakfast and a hot drink upon arrival, before we made our descent. Big thank you to Aji and Ayu!
