Best ski hire outlet I have ever used - Definitely the best ski hire outlet that I have ever used. The staff were super friendly, the equipment was excellent and they even offered to change skis if I wanted to try a different ski, which I did after the first day of skiing. And they were very happy us to leave our equipment and our own ski boots overnight each day, which saved a lot of hassle. Truly outstanding service and great value too.

Excellent ski and snowboard rental/classes in Bansko. - We had an absolutely brilliant experience with this rental shop - the staff were so nice and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Prices were clear and good value, equipment was of good quality - any discomfort and they were more than happy to change boots etc. Classes available with great instructors. Easy to contact too. Couldn't be happier with the service! Location is fantastic, too, right next to the gondola - you can leave your shoes with them while you ski/snowboard, and drop the kit back when you've finished. Really helpful with a little one!!

Good holiday experience - I had 4 very good days of snowboarding thanks to the team of 360 Ski Bansko. Since the first interaction with them(recommended from Grami hotel) they were very helpful and client orientated, always with a smile and good vibe! Prices are good, I think it's the medium price for the ski renting around and you can get a discount if you come with a hotel's recomandation. Also, they are close to the Gondola so that's a good bonus and something to have in mind, considering that they kept my rented equipment during night. All in all, a very nice experience!

The best ski rental in town - This ski rental is just excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Whatever your requirements are, you can rely on support on side and professional assistance. If you are with children, as we were, they will receive absolutely special treatment until the staff make sure that everything with the boots/skis fits and is in order. The location also is great - just a stone throw from the gondola. So I highly recommend 360 Ski Bansko.

The best place in Bansko to rent ski or snowboard equipment near Gondola - It’s close to Gondola. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, taking time to help me select the right ski setup. They have also snowboards. The equipment was in super condition.

Outstanding ski hire specialists - A very satisfied customer, 360 Ski Bansko were very quick to respond to messages, very helpful and most importantly had my size for ski boots. I am a size 50 EU/15 US/14 UK/32.5 mondopoint which is very hard to find. The staff were very friendly. Highly recommend for any of you skiing or boarding needs in Bansko!
