Really good experience! - This is my first snowboarding season and have really enjoyed it thanks to traventuria and their hospitality. I go snowboarding 3/4 times a week and was given my own locker with my snowboard in it (which I bought off the at the start of the season), rent boots everyday and get my board my waxed by their machine a couple times. Really pleased with the service. Massive thank you!

10 years of excellent service.... - I have been using Traventuria for around 10 years now....and fir a good reason....They offer me early bird discount for services....When I arrive at Sophia airport I am greeted by one of their Safe drivers for a stress free transfer..I am always greeted by the Team like an old friend ,and at 7.30 in the morning always a Smile and a Good Morning. So many alternative providers,but with Service provided by Traventuria,why change?? Thankyou Guys !!

Excellent snowboarding equipment hire - Staff were very friendly, good quality snowboarding equipment, staff helped setup equipment, great locker facilities.

Best ski hire and lessons in Bansko - Excellent equipment, friendly & knowledgeable staff who went the extra mile to assist with taxis and retrieving my brother in laws bag that he'd left on the mountain. The drying loxkers were great - we got caught in a huge downpour of rain and all equipment was dry by morning. We also had a number of private lessons which were very reasonably priced and easy to access. Our instructor was absolutely fantastic with our son who has autism as well as myself and my daughter who were first time skiers. We are planning to go back to bansko next year and will definitely be using the services again.

Great to be back in Bansko. - Booked snowboard & ski equipment for my children along with transport to & from Sofia, I have used Traventuria several times & they have always been very helpful & professional. The transfers were on time with both drivers being helpful. The storage option for the equipment is a big help, location near the Gondola station is great. Will use again.

Not good. Terrible experience - Terrible experience. We used Traventuria for many years, this time we were a big group we paid more than 5k euros, we had some new snowboards and skiers, the staff was arrogant they didn’t help anybody, our friend was given 3 size bigger boots, the guy with the glasses was never friendly and start laughing in our face, that is horrible service honestly, we all paid for premium and we were give the same basic equipment like last year. please please don’t book with them are much better options and with friendly staff like TSAKIRS . Safe trip and enjoy the mountain
