Amazing - I was the most nervous skier and had one to one lessons with Dani. Dani is the most amazing teacher. The progress I made was more than I could have imagined. Dani gave me more than my confidence and I’ll always be grateful to her for that. I hope many more people considering booking do so you won’t be disappointed. 5 star all the way!!! - I cannot recommend Teddy enough! This is the second time we had lessons with him. Last year it wad just me and my mum both beginners and this year my 7yo daughter joined us. I know having three different abilities on one lesson can't be easy but Teddy is not only managed to give all of us special attention but also pushed all of us to the best possible place to be! He is friendly and professional. He goes extra mile to make sire we are safe and comfortable. He is knowledgeable and always tries his best. I cannot be more happy! Highly recommended!!!

I took five days one on one private lessons with them. Everything was great! In planning stage, Cool Ski School replied my query in timely manner, almost instantly! The staff provided useful suggestions and information such as no need for first time beginners to buy ski pass for first two days. The price list is clear on the official website, there’s no hidden cost. All the staffs welcomed me with warm smiles every morning. They are friendly and helpful at all times. There were so many students everyday, but they always proactively brought me the right equipments. The equipments are well maintained in good condition. They also have facilities to dry the boots. Of course you may take the equipments to your hotel during rental period. I chose to return the equipments and receive dry boots everyday. The location of Cool Ski School is near the gondola station. It is easy to access. The most important part, the instructor is professional. He keeps open communication with me, listens to my feedback, and gives effective instructions. He leads the imagination of body positions, then breaks down body movements step by step, and dynamically gives breakdown practice to improve my weak part or to prepare me for the next steps. The demonstration is always clear. And he may do it again and again with patience. He encourages me to gain my confidence all the time. This is my first time to snowboard. Generally I am not very good at sports. I did enjoy this learning experience which I could progress with gradual improvement in these five-day lessons without stress. The overall experience with Cool Ski School exceeds my expectations. I have read the comments that the instructors are former national ski racers and they do care about safety. I have to say that these are true. It is highly recommended. 非常推薦這間酷滑雪學校（Cool ski school) 容易聯絡、回覆快速、員工友善、裝備很好、更重要的是—教練很專業！ 身為一個從來沒有接觸過滑雪、運動細胞也不太發達的人，我想要大力推薦這間滑雪學校。 一開始在規劃行程的階段，這間滑雪學校不但回應即時、而且也會提供一些規劃的建議，像是初學者前兩天其實不會用到所有設施、其實不用買全包的雪票只需要上山的纜車，讓我不會多花錢買了還用不到的設施，而且Cool ski school 的網站也清楚列出價目表，這點很讓人放心。 這家滑雪學校的所有教練和員工都非常友善，會主動幫忙、而且我每次進到店裡時總是熱情的打招呼，立刻就拿出我租的裝備，每天那麼多不一樣的學生，但他們從來沒有搞錯過，可見用心，還有各種細節，像是我還沒綁好自己的左腳雪鞋時右腳已經好了、教練也幫忙扛板子直到雪場，完全就受到公主待遇超榮幸的，網路上人家分享說什麼女生體力光到雪場就累了，這情形我沒有遇到。 裝備的狀況很好，因為滑雪學校離纜車站很近，所以我每天都會把裝備拿回店裡讓他們清理、保養，店裡還有烘雪鞋的機器，所以每天拿回雪鞋時都是乾燥溫暖的。如果在租賃期間想把裝備拿回自己飯店也是可以的。 重點來了，教練是很專業的！老師以前是保加利亞的滑雪競賽國手，他們雖然年輕卻很有經驗，他會先告訴我應該怎麼想像身體的感覺、然後再逐步講解身體每個部位的姿勢，而且示範教學也都很清楚，如果我有特別難克服的瓶頸教練也會視情況增加一些分解動作的練習讓我的身體可以專心去記憶；教練也很願意聽我的意見跟我討論，我自己練習時遇到的困難會跟教練說，他都會想辦法幫助我，教練非常有耐心、會不厭其煩地重複示範，也會一直鼓勵我，從來沒有一絲不耐煩。 對於運動細胞不發達的我，真的很開心每天都再進步了一點，五天的課下來，摔得越來越少，越來越覺得好玩，總之，真的太慶幸選擇這間滑雪學校當作入門了，超推薦的！

The best guide - We were in Bansko with our 4 young children and we had the best time. Our guide (Tedi) was wonderful and extremely professional. We trust him very much. If we decide to return to Bansko we will defently take the same guide.

Recommend - 2 brothers twins they are been national racers.1 day i was with Teddy then i was with Rady. There is no difference anyway you can trust. Great service
