- Jacuzzi: A smaller, hotter pool with a soothing water temperature of 40°C, providing a relaxing and healthful soak.
Changing rooms are conveniently located next to the pool, and a restaurant is available for your dining needs.
Please remember to bring your own flip-flops. If needed, they can be purchased for 5 Lev per pair. Usage of the facilities requires wearing flip-flops.

Lovely relaxing trip after the slopes - Lovely thermal bath. Very clean baths and facilities. Great driver- very friendly. Good experience and a lovely way to relax after the slopes

Great experience - Really beautiful experience. We went in the evening time and could see the night sky looking up from the pools. We were also lucky enough to experience a firework display which was the cherry on top!

Excellent, would do again - Super nice! Two hours were more than enough to enjoy it, there is a restaurant inside, do not forget flip flops, they do not provide it, rocks are cold outside of the pool

Overcrowded - The drinks were very cheap, however the pool and complex was over sold and the pool was extremely busy. No loungers available and had to cram into the pool.
Far too many people in attendance. Its a bi of a novelty.
Changing facilities a bit poor and no proper showers on site.
There was a hand held shower head over a sink in the toilet.
Maybe if there was leas people it would have been more enjoyable and relaxing.
Would not recommend.

Do not go there - Lack of professionalism, inadequate facilities, and poor service make it a regrettable choice.
First of all - the water in the pool was barely warm. The main idea of such a facility is very warm thermal water, and this spa failed to deliver.
In addition - the changing rooms were poorly maintained and were shared between men and women, which was uncomfortable.
Last but not least - at the pool, there was no service available, so getting a drink while in/at the pool was not an option.
When we shared our feedback with the staff, we were met with an unprofessional response – they just laughed, completely unacceptable in any service-oriented business to say the least.
PS - since I saw previous reviews, please do not ask me to remove my review because you are a different agency and have nothing to do with the thermal spa. The same account that seems to be grateful for the nice reviews, is commenting on the negative asking to remove.

Not worth a visit. - Out of date swimming pool showers do not work and changing rooms are very small . Sun loungers all dirty .

Nice clean pools. Old facilities, too expensive - No value for the money. The water is hot but the pools and facilities are quite old and not well taken care of.

Disappointing, how this is Bansko’s number one attraction we will never know! - The thermal pool complex was dated and in need of refurbishment. People were smoking and drinking in the pools, empty pint glasses (plastic) left around the edge of the pool. Tiny, communal changing areas, outside showers not working.
