Banyuwangi - On the first day, start your journey with an evening pickup from your accommodation in Bali. Travel to Gilimanuk Port to catch a ferry to Ketapang Port in Banyuwangi. After arriving, wait for about an hour before continuing to the Ijen Volcano, which will begin in just a few minutes.

Ijen Blue Fire, Ijen Sunrise, and Go to Bromo

Ijen Crater - Your tour begins in the middle of the night as you head to the Ijen Crater, a journey of around 2 hours. You’ll hike up to the Ijen Crater for about 90 to 120 minutes with a local guide, where you can witness the mesmerizing blue flames and the sunrise at the top of the Ijen Volcano. After exploring the crater, we will head directly to a hotel in the Mount Bromo area, arriving around 8 am. Once settled into your accommodation at Bromo, you can enjoy some free time to explore the area and prepare for the sunrise the next day.

Sunrise at Mount Bromo and Go to Yogyakarta

Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park - You’ll wake up early at 3 am to go to Mount Bromo for sunrise by 4x4 jeep, exploring Indonesia’s most popular volcano and caldera, and enjoying views of Mount Batok and Mount Semeru. After exploring Mount Bromo, you’ll return to the hotel for a delicious breakfast before heading to Yogyakarta. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way while your friendly driver navigates the traffic. Upon arriving at your hotel in Yogyakarta, you can enjoy some free time to explore the area and prepare for the next day.

Borobudur and Prambanan Temples

Borobudur Temple - On the final day, we will pick you up at 7 am from your hotel for an unforgettable experience. You’ll visit the largest Buddhist temple in the world, Borobudur Temple. We will visit three main destinations: Borobudur Temple, the largest Buddhist temple in the world; Mendut Temple, the oldest Buddhist temple in Indonesia; and Prambanan Temple, the second-largest Hindu temple in the world.

As priority guests, you’ll have access to climb to the top of Borobudur Temple, with entry tickets included. Visit two UNESCO Heritage sites: Borobudur Temple and the beautiful Prambanan Temple, the largest Hindu temple compound in Indonesia.

Prambanan Temples - Prambanan Temple is the largest Hindu temple in Indonesia and one of the most beautiful temples in Southeast Asia. According to the Siwargha inscription, the temple was built during the reign of Rakai Pikatan (mid-ninth century) of the Ancient Mataram Kingdom. See the three temples adorned with reliefs depicting the epic of the Ramayana, dedicated to the three great Hindu deities (Shiva, Vishnu, and Brahma), and three temples dedicated to the animals that serve them. After exploring Prambanan, you’ll head back to your hotel or have the option to go directly to the airport (trip ends).
