We recommend the tour! - This was a nice balance of eating very good food, learning about the area, and walking. We enjoyed ourselves with our guide and the other tour participants.

Off the tourist track - Off the tourist track hidden gems. We went to places the average tourist wouldn't find, saw areas we would not have venture to.

Don’t hesitate to-eat more Gelato - This was such a fun tour. Our guide Aiden was very knowledgeable in the history of the area. And the food stops were amazing. The gelato was to die for. Our group required a little extra handholding as we had some slow walkers. No problem for Aiden. He was always ready to help. He was a very considerate host. I highly recommend this tour for the food. And if you are lucky enough to get Aiden for Your Guide, you’ll have a marvelous time.

Title: Savoring Sydney: A Perfect Blend of Food and Fun - We had an amazing time with Taste Cultural Food Tours. Aidan was an outstanding guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and so engaging throughout the experience. Our group of 10 was just the right size, making it feel personal and fun. The tour involved a lot of walking, which was a great way to explore the area while enjoying delicious food at every stop. From gourmet gelato to Thai classics and craft beer, every bite was a treat. The Sydney Harbour views and cultural insights added so much value to the experience. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique and tasty way to explore Sydney.

Great experience in SYD - John did an excellent job with the tour! Kept everyone engaged with interesting facts and went out of his way to help others in the group plan their NYE in Sydney.

Great way to spend a Saturday in the harbour city - Great tour. Learned a lot - even as local Sydneysiders. Guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Some great eats visited. Not large portions but perfect smaller bites for this type of tour. We’re keen to do some of the more cultural suburban food tours offered by Taste Cultural Food Tours.

A Delightful Stroll through Barangaroo and the Rocks - The ability to wander through Barangaroo and the Rocks conversing with Abdul our guide, being introduced to a combination of history and food ensured we had a great time. The food venues have been carefully chosen and we will most certainly be back.

Good Tour Guide, Average Tour - Aiden was extremely knowledgeable and great to get along with throughout the tour. However, the tour itself was a tad unique from other food tours I’ve done around the world. It seems that there isn’t a collaboration between the restaurants / stops which made it a bit awkward when we had to share plates versus having a pre-selected food and sample size available, or when he had to pay or order from a menu. I’m not overly cautious about germs, but this got to me a little. Aiden was great, but on the spot cutting food or handing out food (without gloves or any type of sanitation) was a major red flag for me. The food itself was good - I wasn’t overly impressed but I also did not have high expectations. I booked this tour last minute. I’m not sure I’d really recommend it.

Don't bother - I cannot recommend this tour. We met at a local restaurant and had a lobster taco, while it was delicious the lobster had been flown in from the US frozen. A short walk took us to a local bakery where one sausage roll was divided between 3 of us, a piece of gluten free chocolate cake was purchased as one person was Celiac and this was divided between the 4 of us on the tour. The third stop was at a delicious gelato shop and thankfully we each got our own small tub. The tour continued along the route described in the advert and we stopped for a drink at The Lord Nelson where each person could choose their beer and were given a half pint, thankfully there was no quibble when I asked for a glass of wine as I don't drink beer. A short walk around The Rocks and a stop for our guide to purchase some macarons and we headed to the Thai restaurant where the guide ordered 2 dishes for us to share. Whilst having suffered from being carried in the guides bag for a bit the rather bashed macarons tasted delicious. There was very little information imparted about the history of the areas we walked through or Australia in general and while our guide seems like a nice person she was not particularly engaging and was so softly spoken that it was difficult to hear her. We had treated my niece to this tour and found it embarrassing as it was not even close to the hype and we would have had a better afternoon if we had done our own thing.
