Fabulous day in Sydney! - What a fun day with Helen! So much more than a food tour. We saw so many parts of Sydney, learned a lot of history and ate/drank a lot!

Outstanding Tour - We had a fantastic 6 hours touring areas of Sydney we had not seen before, and at the same time experiencing great food and drink. Our tour guide/driver Helen was very knowledgeable of the places we visited and experienced and she was a great driver. The van was new and very comfortable. We were picked up from our hotel at the appointed time, received a warm welcome, and were given a concise briefing on what we would be doing on the tour. All of the food and drinks venues visited were top quality with plenty to eat and drink. All told a fantastic experience at a very reasonable cost.

Fantastic Food Tour! - My 21yr old daughter and I had the pleasure of taking this tour recently and it was amazing. Our guide, Helen, picked us up from our hotel in the Rocks, picked up another guest and away we went. We visited so many different areas of Sydney and at each one Helen shared fun and interesting information. AND the food and drinks! First stop.. lunch at Lotus in Barangaroo which was delicious Chinese food. Second stop.. the tram shed sampling beers and another platter of snacks. Third stop.. an incredibly fun gin tasting. Fourth stop coffee and the famous watermelon cake. Finishing the day with a tasting of 6 different NSW wines. So much fun, so much food. Highly recommend this tour. Did

Very special foodie tour! - Taste of Sydney is a wonderful foodie tour! I can’t say enough nice things about Helen our tour director! She gave us a great experience from luxury waterside dining to local farm to table restaurants as well as the local winery and the gin distillery. This tour is a fun way to learn about some of the history of this amazing city while enjoying local specialties. Plus it travels to unique places just a bit off the regular tourist track. Also a great way for solo travelers to meet others and share experiences! I would highly recommend it!

Food, Gin, & Wine….What more could you ask for? - Helen was friendly and knowledgeable. She took us to a couple amazing restaurants, a gin distillery (loved it!) and a cellar door. We highly recommend Ultimately Sydney.

Do yourself and your stomach a favor! - This tour was a real highlight of our recent trip to Sydney.
Our group could have all fitted in one vehicle but we were picked up from our accommodation in two luxurious vehicles so that we had room to be comfortable and really enjoy our day. This is the kind of thoughtful and excellent service that Helen and her staff give you during your tour.
The food and drinks on this tour is AMAZING!! You get a glimpse into the plethora of top shelf eateries that Sydney has to offer without booking months in advance or lining up for hours.
Helen's knowledge of the city and its eateries if inspiring.
I highly recommend you do this tour, you will go hungry and come back with a full stomach and some great knowledge about the city and suburbs.
You will not be disappointed.

THE TASTE OF SYDNEY - Evan was our driver/tour guide and was excellent both in knowledge of Sydney and Restaurants visited. He personally ensured that the 4 of us, 2 from Sydney (myself and a friend) and 2 visitors from Madrid Nigel and Martha (who were on their honeymoon) were looked after. Ultimately Sydney (Helen Fraser - Director - Owner/Founder) has to be commended on the selection and variety of restaurants visited during this tour. From experiencing Traditional Turkish (Anason) in Barangaroo; dining in a tramcar at Tramsheds; Drinking Gin at The Cannery and completing the tour in Spice Alley. Six hours of fun and entertainment. Highly recommended. I will be getting a group together to once again experience this very professional and exciting tour of Sydney.

Great tour to see outer neighborhoods! - I liked that they confirmed the pick up the night before. Our tour was with Helen, founder of the tour, picked us up in a nice small mercedes van. She was running late, but did call to let us know which was appreciated. There were only four of us on our tour which was nice, but not guaranteed. We visited four areas of the city we might not otherwise have seen. We most enjoyed the turkish restaurant in Barangaroo, the host there was wonderful and they fed us enough for a full meal which was all fantastic. We also liked the asian area of the tour and the food there. The wine tasting at the end was disappointing, the person doing our tasting was so soft spoken you could hardly hear her and clearly didn't know much about the wines as every wine she just said it smells "fruity". I would have thought they would offer list of the places we visited or a map of some sort, which has been common on other food tours. There was lots of food, we weren't even hungry for dinner afterwards. Helen picked us up at our hotel and drove us back afterwards, and was a great host. Overall, I would definitely recommend this tour!
